Very poor experience. After months of waiting, we did not get the Wikipedia page we paid for. We were offered a refund by Owen Reeds, and despite multiple reassurances, we still have not received this refund. Avoid at all costs!

Pure fraud company!!
Pure fraud company!!! It's been more then a year since they have been promising me to deliver their job and nothing has been done. Zero!! Though I have payed them in full when we just started and they promised me to deliver the job in 1 month. They asked me for another extra payment in the middle which I also did, and nothing happened since then...

I believe that a fraud has been committed
I believe that a fraud has been committed.
My experience is very similar to the many one star reviews given about All American Writer and there so-called Wikipedia creation service.
Also if you interrogate the many reviews on your site for this organisation there are only 1 star reviews or 5 star reviews, nothing in between. I am sure the one star reviews are genuine as the experiences ring true in so many aspects.
I would question the 5 star reviews as every single reviewer( bar one) has a record of only one review on Trustpilot, that makes me very suspicious over the validity of those reviews.
To the many other reviewers that feel that a fraud has been committed I reach out to you. This is a criminal activity ie gaining money under false pretenses. Wherever you are in the world we have recourse to take this up with the fraud department of the police service local to All American Writers who I believe are based in LA. If so inclined, lets collate our evidence and push for a criminal investigation.
I already have my own civil action in train but it dawned on me that fraud is a criminal activity and should be pursued accordingly. Fellow sufferers please get in touch here in some way and we can combine forces to ensure no other people are duped in the same way.

8 months later
Eight monghs later, I still do not have the Wikipedia page I paid All American Writer to help get published. I cannot recommend this company.
I started working with All American Writer in Decemberof 2025. What followed has been an incredibly frustrating cycle of delays, additional requests, and promises that have not resulted in the service I originally expected.
During the process, I was told that more articles were needed and was asked to spend additional money. I did so based on the understanding that these additional placements would help move the Wikipedia process forward.
Yet here we are, a year later, and my Wikipedia page is still not public.
I have requested the guaranteed refund multiple times. I have not received it.
Instead, I continue to receive emails from Owen Reed offering additional solutions. The most recent offer was for 10 more articles. At this point, I have no interest in purchasing or accepting another batch of generic articles to be placed on sites I may or may not recognize—especially when some links from the original work are already dead.
That is the part prospective customers need to understand. This has not been a matter of waiting a few extra weeks for a complicated project. It has been stretching out to one year. I paid for a service, spent additional money when I was told more coverage was necessary, repeatedly asked for the promised refund when the expected result did not happen, and still do not have a published Wikipedia page.
I am a professional writer and work in media. I understand that nobody can legitimately guarantee what an independent platform such as Wikipedia will approve. What I do expect, however, is for a company to stand behind the guarantees it makes to its customers.
At this point, I would strongly caution other writers, authors, business owners, and professionals considering All American Writer to do their homework before paying them. Ask exactly what is guaranteed, get every promise in writing, find out what happens if the promised outcome is not achieved, and be extremely cautious about continuing to pay for additional articles or services when the original objective has not been delivered.
My experience has been 8 months of waiting, spending more money, requesting my refund, and receiving more offers instead of the result or refund I have repeatedly requested.
I would not use All American Writer again.

This is a complete scam
This is a complete scam. I agreed on a price for them to produce a Wikipedia page for me. They then asked me for an extra payment to continue the work. It has been 12 months since I used their service, and after many false promises and missed deadlines, I still have no Wikipedia page. Owen Reeds seems to be the one whose name comes up a lot in these reviews, and that is who dealt with me.
I would warn anyone considering using this company to do your research, as there are many sites exposing the scam.

One year, $10,000, and not a single deliverable
I engaged All American Writer in August 2025 to help with a Wikipedia listing for my company. Twelve months later, I have nothing to show for roughly $10,000.
The first package ($2,599 for "Wikipedia-compliant citations" plus $499 for page creation) produced placements on sites that were unusable for the stated purpose - including one domain on Wikipedia's blocked external domains list, and another where the author byline was literally "Backlinks Advertising". In December, a blogger from one of these sites emailed me directly because she hadn't been paid for the post.
The draft was declined by Wikipedia in February. Within twelve days I was being quoted upgrade packages from $2,999 to $8,999, with "limited-time" discounts that changed four times.
In April I signed their service agreement and paid $6,999 for two publications, with delivery promised in 20–25 business days. That deadline was 2 June. As of mid-August, neither article exists. In between I was told publication was "within 10 business days at the latest", then "queued and going live at any time", then that five extra draft articles would arrive on a Monday that never came, and finally that there was "a high volume of requests" in their publishing department.
Across three months of chasing I was never given an editor name, a submission reference, a publication date that held, or any correspondence proving the work was ever commissioned.
Total scam, this company needs to be shut down

Thousands Spent, No Lasting Result
I engaged All American Writers in March 2025 to help create a Wikipedia page for my company.
They prepared an article, submitted it, and it was briefly published before being removed by Wikipedia due to notability concerns. However, after spending thousands of dollars and more than a year on the project, the result is that I still do not have a Wikipedia page.
My biggest disappointment was the lack of expectation management. Had I been told at the outset that my company may not yet have sufficient independent media coverage to meet Wikipedia's notability requirements, I could have made an informed decision about whether to proceed.
Instead, the process seemed to continue with the promise that success was just around the corner. When the page was ultimately removed, the solution presented was that I needed additional mainstream media coverage before another submission could realistically succeed.
The team was always polite and professional in their communications, and they did eventually provide me with the article they prepared. However, I don't believe the value delivered reflected the amount I paid or the expectations that were created.
My advice to anyone considering this service is simple: before committing any money, ask for a frank assessment of whether your business genuinely meets Wikipedia's notability guidelines today—not whether it might meet them after additional work and further expense.
