All About PinsReviews of allaboutpins.com

The team is very helpful, patient, and nice. Great quality of pins.

I have worked with Heather on two enamel pin projects now and I am floored at how patient she has been with me each time. I work for a creative agency and I often have to place orders on branded items (like pins and keychains) on behalf of clients who have constantly changing budgets and demanding schedules or creative wishes. I had to make a ton of changes on quantities and various specs in order to meet my clients' budgets and Heather never showed any signs of distress or impatience, even when the back and forth communication became excessive. I am extremely appreciative of a vendor and a representative when they can work closely with me on a complicated ordering process and can deliver a high-quality product on time. I will always recommend them to colleagues and clients and can say, without a doubt, that I will work with All About Pins in the future. If you are on the fence about working them, I hope this review can sway you in the right direction.

I love this company!! Quick turnaround time, friendly and helpful staff, amazing production quality.. the BEST!!! Highly recommended!!

Very happy with design team, customer service and efficient delivery (we started months in advance). Great email response. If we had to do again, we would order from All About Pins. Successful trading in Cooperstown Summer of 2019. Thank you so much.

Sandie and the Team at AllAboutPins have Exceeded ALL of My Expectations. Their Customer Service is Above The Best! I will work with them again, and refer them to everyone I speak with that is looking for Pins! Thank you, ALL! Brian Berent

Really happy with the service. Speedy from arranging proof through to delivery.

Both Heather and Sandie are great to work with. When we needed to adjust our shipping timelines, they were more than happy to adjust. Really reliable company and team.

It is always a pleasure working with All About Pins. The rep I've been in contact for the past couple of years, Heather, does an amazing job. She always answers all of my questions and makes sure that the quoting/order process runs smoothly. The finished product is also great! Pins look really good and the colors pop. Highly recommend their services.
