Rapid turnaround

Quick response,

Emma was very responsive to our questions and encouraged us to make edits on our pin designs to ensure we were happy with what was being ordered. She was able to keep track of requests made by telephone, text email, and through their pin designs app; and assisted us with making individual team orders to make sure paperwork for our organization was all kept in line. Happy with the service this far! Now, we’re just awaiting production and shipment of the pins! Excited to see them! Only recommendation is that the auto generated answers to texts by AI were confusing at times, and in conflict with some of their policies. Might be good to turn off that service during business hours to make sure the correct responses to questions are answered.

Good communication, everything good as always, I have ordered like 8 different pins in two years.

Great communication, great products. Made exactly what I needed

Very helpful and easy to get our design edited. We have only just ordered, but so far our experience has been great!

Fast response, great design & quality!

Ease of communication and their responsiveness to my questions. Dealing with real people and made my idea come to life.
