MS.Melissa Gonzalez is a keeper in my view. She's a very professional person. Who answered all my concerns very clearly.. she made me feel at ease when purchasing my auto insurance.she is very knowledgeable and I'm very happy with the services I received. I'll definitely recommend her to all my family and friends.and this particular branch on Guess rd. is going places because of everyone there. But especially Ms Gonzalez.thank you again.

Grateful Client
I have been a client of AAI for many years. When I opened up my first policy the agency was called Whitehurst and my agent was Mrs. Deborah Richardson and although that was almost 30 years ago the same excellent customer service and attention to detail remain the same. Ms. Nikki Smith has been extremely helpful and I appreciate her professionalism and how knowledgeable she is in regards to the policy options that I am eligible for. I look forward to continuing my relationship with AAI.
