The item is low quality. Colors not as they appear in the ad. Return process required shipping overseas, though they say items are made and shipped from the US. Scam.

I ordered 4 sweaters on 12/6/22 and as of today 1/4/22, I’ve received nothing. I have contacted the company several times and they say to “be patient”. On 12/23/22, I received an email saying my order has shipped but the status has read “label created, not yet in system”, meaning Aljok has not given the package to the post office. I have yet to figure out if they are total scammers or if they are just the worst and laziest company in existence. They will take your money and never send the order.

Don’t order from this company. Sweater was not as represented in the picture. Shipping took too long and now we are having trouble with a return. Just get your sweater somewhere else.

Do NOT order from this company. It falsely advertises their product. I ordered 3 sweaters, which took longer to arrive than expected. After almost 3 weeks I got my order and 2 of the 3 sweaters look completely different from the website picture and description. The fabric was much thinner, completely different color and pattern. Now I’m trying to contact costumer service and they are refusing to let me return for a full refund. I was offered $15 and not having to return. I refuse to wear the trash they mailed me, and I want me money back!!!

Don’t order from this company. They say they will ship within 2 weeks…I’ve been waiting about 6 weeks and when I inquired how much longer, they asked if I could wait another week. I still do not have the product. False advertising.

If you return you’ll need to request a chargeback from your bank since they lowball you on the return value, say you need to pay for shipping to return it to Dubai even though that’s not where it was shipped from originally, and overall you’ll lose out in money, time, and energy, so just don’t waste any of that and don’t buy from here.

Customer service has literally harassed me. I asked for them to just stop emailing and they kept emailing. The ordering system made a mistake and only put 1 of the 2 items in my basket. I had to reorder and asked for the shipping cost or a credit, The customer Customer Service person berated and just continues to argue: needless to say I didn’t order the 2nd sweater and will Never order anything from the company again.

I haven’t purchased anything yet, but one reviewer pointed out that a particular sweater pattern and the accompanying pictures were stolen from someone. I googled her and it appears that Aljok has taken the images and pattern directly from this woman’s Ravelry site. I would never purchase anything from them.
