I ordered 3 sweaters from this website because I thought they looked cute. I placed the order on December 13th and received a email stating the order was shipped. When I click on the link it just states that a USPS label was created but there is no other updates. It has been over 6 weeks and I reached out to the email that is listed on their website for customer service to inquire about my order and have not received any response. Two emails sent and nothing…don’t order from here! IT IS A SCAM!!!!! Definite a Chinese website, NOT a US company!

This is a scam. Ordered in early December and still do not have our purchase. Poor customer service and unwilling to refund my $130.

Not a good company order placed and never received. Company will not respond when asked for shipping information. Tracking label created but item not found in USPS system, one month after order.

On Instagram I posted that I couldn't find country of origin or a phone number. I have been duped in the past by sites like this and there is no way to get a refund on clothing that is not even sewn properly. The site blocked me from posting again. I'd use extreme caution.

This place is truly a scam! Shopper be aware. If the items don’t fit you great you will have a horrible time with the refund/ return. The clothes is digitally altered to look a lot more appealing then what they are in reality. Colors are altered and not true to what you are ordering. The order arrival took a long time over a month. I will never purchase through them ever again and definitely not recommending it to anyone. Unless you want to loose your money. Horrible experience.

This company is a scam. Sweaters never received. Company will not respond to emails. They sent false tracking info. Filed a dispute claim with my credit card company.

I ordered two sweaters on 12/18/22 from this company because they said they were made in the United States. On January 4, 2023 i received an email saying they were shipped, but when i click on the tracking number it says that aren’t in transit yet and haven’t been delivered to USPS. They are just sitting somewhere not being taken to a post office. When I emailed about this they said shipping takes 16 days. This is obviously not a US company and likely wasn’t made in North Carolina. I emailed to cancel the full order since they still have the package and haven’t heard back. Total scam and not an honest company. Save yourself the hassle and buy elsewhere.
