As with many other reviewers, it took weeks to receive the order. I found the items to be poor quality. The fiber content of the items is not listed (there's no tag on the item to indicate what they are made of), and it isn't available on the website. Two of the items are itchy, and one is not. I decided to keep one, which I now regret because it is pilling. I have endeavored to return the other two for weeks now, and keep getting small and slightly increasing offers of compensation to keep them. I cannot wear them, the return policy states within 30 days, so I just want a refund. In the last communication from them I was 'advised' I have to pay return shipping. I do not recommend purchasing from this company. Last communication: "Sorry, US$34 is our best offer as compensation, could you accept it? Our return address is in Dubai, it’s not worth to return for you."

This company is a total sham. Do not buy from them. I ordered 4 sweaters from them. The images they displayed were so cute, and I got excited and foolishly ordered several items, spending close to $200. It took 7 weeks to arrive! None of the items are the actual pictured items. They are very cheap, poorly fitting, poor quality knockoffs of the pictured items. I immediately asked to return them for a refund, only to find out they only give refunds if there is a "quality issue" from their perspective. They first offered me $30 and said to keep the items. I declined and asked for a refund. They offered me $60 and I declined. Finally, they offered me $80 and said that is the best they can do. I'm disputing the charge with my credit card company. But, it is hard to dispute and prove they are falsely representing their products, because when I looked back at the site, I see they do not disclose the type of fabric (cotton, wool, polyblend) in the description online. There is also no information on the tag inside the clothing. They are NOT selling the items pictured. Buyers BEWARE! Don't be fooled. They are phony!

Appears there is no way to return even though they advertised returns accepted within 30 days. Do not purchase from this company. Sweaters were horrible.

Not too sure if this company is legit or not based on reviews. Some people receive their items and some don’t. I have been waiting 6 weeks for 3 sweaters that I purchased. I have emailed numerous times and have been told they are “on the way to my place” and “shipping times vary”. I hope I am pleasantly surprised in a few weeks when they arrive but I’ve lost faith in this company and would never recommend. Spending over $100 here and the customer service is extremely shady.

This company has terrible customer service. It took over a month to receive the sweater after they said the order was sent. The fit was awful so I wrote to ask how to return it as no instructions were included. They said they would credit me $6 to keep the item. I'm going to dispute this with my credit card company. I've tried, they haven't lived up to their end.

I made a $120 purchase, couldn't be more disappointed! Took several weeks, arrived and the quality is poor, sizing not even close and color of a couple items very different from website. After numerous attempts did get customer service who finally agreed to give me $37 credit! NEVER AGAIN!

I placed an order in early December 2022, which shipped on December 15. When I contacted Aljok’s customer service email because I didn’t receive my order 5 weeks later (and the USPS tracking only said “label created, package not received”), they told me to “be patient.” I asked for a refund, I’ve asked for my order to be re-sent since my previous one seemed to be lost, and they just told me to keep waiting for my order. Then they said if I didn’t want the order, I could not accept it when it arrives - that’s not the problem at all! I wanted the order, but could not get a good response about how they deal with packages lost in transit. This company is not trustworthy and their customer service is terrible. Throughout this exchange, all I got were one-sentence email responses from the customer service people, two days after I sent an email - it’s like there aren’t even real people answering their supposedly 24/7 customer service email. Don’t waste your money. Buy from a trustworthy company, not Aljok.

No way to return items. Items are not high quality and are very different colors that what appear online. Not satisfied with customer service offering me a $12 refund for almost $100 purchase!
