I ordered a sweater from Aljok in January. It took a month to arrive. The material was thin and poor quality. Medium is usually a good fit for me, but this one was very small, and the arms were short. I still liked the colors, so I decided to exchange for a larger size. There were no exchange or return instructions provided with the sweater, so I reached out to customer support and was told I did not need to send the original sweater back, but I should use PayPal to send $15 to an account for the shipping of a replacement in a larger size. I was concerned that the receiver of the payment might not know what it was for, so I included my order number and purpose of the payment in the notes on PayPal. Months later, and I still had not received the replacement sweater. I contacted customer support again, and they asked for proof that I had sent the $15, which I provided. By this time I had lost interest in the sweater and asked for a refund. I was told that they only provide refunds for damaged items and only do exchanges for size issues. Very disappointing experience all around. Save your time and money and shop elsewhere!

totally a scam. the dresses i received looked nothing like the photo. The sizes weren't even close to what was sewn in on the label. advertised as made in USA and all packaging and dresses say Made in China. Would not accept my return for "poor quality" which their refund policy says can be returned for a refund.

Awful experience - I have written multiple times to their service department - attempted to cancel order - order arrived after birthday celebration - unsure how to proceed - Company is fraudulent -

I wish I knew about this before buying. The sweater fits great and I’m happy with it. The dress I ordered doesn’t and I just received my first “negotiation” email and now that I’ve read this thread I am so disappointed that I am about to experience their tailpipe product as well.

BEWARE. Clothing quality isn't good. When you go to return items, they actually NEGOTIATE amount. $30? $50? "The best we can do is $80 and you can keep the items". This is BULLSH*T. Live and learn. No more online orders from unknown merchants.

Ordered 4 sweaters. They didn’t fit and I sent them back. By the way the quality was also unacceptable for 2 of the items. I can’t get a refund. I paid $170 , it’s a total scam. They offered a $28 refund vs $170, but I haven’t gotten that either.

The clothing is cheap and not at all like what is shown on the website. They will basically not except returns. My experience has been so utterly frustrating. Do not buy from this company. Buyer beware!

I ordered 2 dresses. One is too big and the other didn't appeal to me once I tried it on. I want to return them but the only help I've been given is the offer to keep both dresses and they would extend a $20 credit to my credit card. Why would I want to keep dresses that don't fit/don't look good and that cost me $92 for only a $20 credit. This is the worse return policy ever.
