Scam? Fraud? Either way, just terrible. Zero stars. Ordered a sweater Aljok said was made in USA. When finally delivered, after I complained that shipping tracking wasn’t working, I received a sweater that looked nothing like that pictured on their website, and the package was labeled made in China. Contacted customer service to arrange a return and refund, but of course they didn’t respond. Had to dispute the charge through my credit card company (they were very helpful). Save yourself, don’t order from Aljok.

If I could give zero stars I would. Placed order. They charged me and never sent it. Total scam company with completely fake product reviews. Do not order from them. Merchandise is not real. The website has no customer service and the website is non existent when you try to track order. Internet scam. Luckily I got my cc company to investigate fraud and refund.

I ordered a dress from this site for $47.99 and let's just say, it was not like the picture. I made a review on the dress (1star) and then sent an email to customer service to see how to exchange and get a refund. They email me back and tell me to keep the dress and they will refund me $5. How is that even a thing? I will be calling my credit card tomorrow to get my money back.

Scam. The clothing doesn’t look like the pictures and then you can’t get a refund. They will send you replacements of the item, but you have to pay the shipping to send it back. Online shopping has to offer refunds or forget it!

Have emailed them 3 times for a return label . Items do not fit and nothing like advertised. No response to my email ! Do not buy from this company

The dresses were nothing like what they looked like in the pictures. They were flimsy material, and nothing like what I expected. I have already given them away to Goodwill.

If I could give Aljok a ZERO STAR review I would. This company has no idea about customer service. I ordered 2 dresses - they arrived looking nothing like the pictured dresses. Poor fit, cheap polyester material, badly made. I have been trying to return these dresses since 06/16/23 and have only been getting the run around with customer service. Apparently their idea of customer service is to bargain with you and not offer full refunds and return shipping. My latest communication from them - I need to pay for shipping to Dubai and then they will refund the money. Here's the catch - it costs just as much to ship to Dubai as what I spent on these horrible dresses! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this company. They are a scam!

Total scam. Horrible quality. Needed to return two of three items and they wouldn’t allow it. Said to keep them and only gave me a fourth of my money back.
