They sent me the wrong product. I didnt get what I ordered and then only want to give me 10% back for there mistake.

They took a year to refund my money. I returned their product because it was terrible. It was a locket and it got discolored in like 5 days. Make yourself a favor, and never get anything from them.

They scam grieving people and send crap that looks nothing like the picture

The lack of respect I’ve been given after calling and emailing dozens of times to get a “refund” and then I still haven’t received said refund is astounding. I truly hate this company and that I hate that I have to keep calling

If had an option of negative stars, I would give it. Horrible company that I will never do business with.

Never received the item

This website is a SCAM. I spoke with the customer support before placing the order. The support person send me a sample of how my pendant will look like. But when I received my order, it was just a normal laminated picture and not even close to what customer representative told me. I have a chat with the representative which include the sample she shared with me if I have to prove it. Too bad scamming people in their hardest time. I need my refund Order #2972xx May 04, 2026
