So far so good, initial sign up and start was pretty easy, but getting going with playlists had some growing pains. Now though things are smooth again. Overall pretty happy with everything.

Do not agree to anything, they will not pay out and just ignore you thinking you will forget. Had salder - bridge nto stepped in I would've face a humungous lo.ss. Beware!!

I did this sort of like an experiment. I put in just $10 a week for 10 weeks. I would have kept going but after ten weeks the balance had only been positive ( greater than my deposits) on a couple days. I left a couple negative comments and stopped my deposits and my balance went to just over $103. That’s been 2-3 weeks, I still haven’t started depositing again and my balance is back to around 101.50. They haven’t lost my money but the bot’s response to I could earn this in a savings account was something like. Investing involves risk while a bank is for keeping your money secure. This is just normal wobble and you need to continue before you will see the rewards. Maybe it’s just me but I chose the most aggressive strategy they offered and with my little balance part of a bigger fund I expected more.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS APP! I thought I was investing $120 into this investment platform. They took the $ from my bank account and 3 days later my Alinea account balance was still $0!! So I go to look for a phone #, there is no phone # to be found! I search for an email, again, nowhere to be found! I search the Alinea app and find a chat function that is %100 incapacitated! It does not function!!! So I go to my bank, ask them to dispute the charge. The bank says “ try to contact them first, here is the phone # we have for them” they give me a 1-800 number…. I call it, it Bank of America!!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS RACKET! And don’t believe ANY of the positive reviews you see here!!!! I lost my $120! Thank God I didn’t make a larger initial deposit!

This is an easy investment tool tool. It has been 6 months for me and the AI investing is slowly going in the right direction.

Pretty good. Still too early to see the results.

I recently sold some shares with the intent on reinvesting. The proceeds of the sale are now in my personal account but I don’t have the option to use these funds through the “transfer” option that I can’t locate in the Alinea app. So now these funds are just sitting stagnate in my personal account. I have tried to to message Alinea Support, but don’t have access to that function either. There appears to be no other way to contact Alinea Support other than the message function that again, I can’t access. This is extremely frustrating.
