This Alinea app is an absolute scam disguised as a service. I canceled the same day I was charged, yet they still took my money and refused to make it right. That tells you everything you need to know about how this company operates. The app itself is a joke. Barebones features, clunky design, and nowhere near worth the ridiculous price they’re charging. It’s clearly built to lure people in and trap them into subscriptions—not to actually provide value. Customer support is useless. You get generic, copy-paste responses with zero accountability and no real effort to resolve billing issues. It’s like they’re trained to stall and hope you give up. The cancellation process feels intentionally confusing, which is a classic tactic for companies that know their product can’t stand on its own. This isn’t just a bad app—it’s a predatory one. I’ll be disputing the charge and reporting this to the BBB. Avoid this company at all costs unless you enjoy being charged for something you don’t want and can’t easily cancel.
