I didn't realize after signing up that…
I didn't realize after signing up that they just took money out of my account automatically. I've been trying to get my money back for nine days now. I've waited the allotted week that customer service keeps telling me to wait and still nothing. My dad told me yesterday I should have just stuck with Capitize Inc since they don't play these weird holding games and he's completely right. My money is just held up here completely unable to be withdrawn and nobody in support is willing to help me.

Good idea but execution needs a lot of work!
I think this concept is great for young people and I wanted to see how it worked before I recommended it to my young adult kids. I read several reviews stating how difficult it was to withdraw funds and the associated fees with using the app. I decided to withdraw my funds and sure enough it was not an easy process. It would not let me withdraw funds to my linked bank account and I would get a message that the User Name was incorrect for logging into my bank account when it wasn’t. I had no problem logging into my account. I linked another account I had and was finally able to start the withdrawal process. Any kind of financial app with these kind of issues/bugs are a huge red flag for me. Good idea but the execution is way off!

The onboarding was too kitchy
The onboarding was too kitchy. I also missed the part where I would be billed for a full year after 7 days so now I am locked in. The app isn't very helpful for personally tailoring investments. I prefer being more engaged in the daily activity, like I usually am on Capitize, but this just doesn't lend to that. Definitely not paying extra for their AI consultant.
