The cost was within my price range and you all have a quick response time via email. I didn’t like how long I had to wait to receive my aligners and I was disappointed that the 2 gaps predicted in step 17 on the right and left side of my mouth wont be closed w/o me having to get additional treatment. I agreed to my treatment plan because I was told that it wasn’t possible to close those gaps with just my aligners. Another company give a treatment plan that reflected otherwise. When I reached out to tell the team that the gaps could be close with the aligners and that the team should review it, I was told that it was too late because I had already agreed to my treatment plan and that my aligners were already on the way.

Second update: After the second round of treatment, I still have that same stubborn tooth that is slightly crooked and one of my bottom teeth that is barely misplaced as well. I can feel it more than see it, you know? It's a bummer, but it is what it is. Just know going into it that you may not get exactly what you want. It is still an excellent value, and my smile is mostly straight. I just wish my teeth were perfectly straight as I had expected and hoped for. UPDATE: I had had an issue with my end result that led me to some frustration and angst. I complained a lot and wrote this review. They reached out in an effort to rectify the situation and help me have a better experience. And now I can say, I definitely recommend them. These aligners do the job pretty quickly, and they're incredibly cheap, but they're still quality. I don't find it necessary to go to Candid or other big name brands. They do the same job. And this company will work with you, as I learned, when you're not totally satisfied with the results. There is always room for error when you're not doing something like this in person. You're not going in for month-to-month check-ups as you would with an orthodontist or something. But they're fair and will help you out when you're unsatisfied. I'd recommend:)

I will say I am happy with my results compared to where I started. I just needed to get a minor fix of my bottom teeth that moved after I previously gotten braces. I wore each retainer as instructed. HOWEVER, my bottom tooth is not completely aligned straight and could potentially shift again. So it seems like I’m going to have to wear my retainer FOREVER so it doesn’t shift or pay again if it does shift (I can feel my retainer become tight again if I don’t wear my retainer for a few hours, hence they are probably shifting). I reached out to customer service that my teeth aren’t perfectly aligned and I am concerned that this won’t be a permanent fix and my teeth will ultimately shift again. In response they offered refinement aligners for $200. Kind of ridiculous since I paid $1,000 and didn’t get my teeth aligned as straight as I had seen on my final projection, but apparently it’s close enough to the final projection to charge me again instead of offering it for free as apart of my treatment. Didn’t know it wasn’t a 100% smile guarantee with my initial payment. It might be a cheap option initially, but if the final projection isn’t as expected it’s going to end up costing you more money.

I /*want*/ to like AlignerCo. Things started out well — I was shipped my impression kit very quickly and my welcome emails arrived early as well. I was given good initial guidance on my trial impression, but from there, several people or the same people (working behind the well known Ele cited in these reviews) just stopped paying much attention to me and my emails. I sent in multiple pictures of my second try at impressions in, plus several questions in text form, and they sat without a response for several days, so I sent an email to check in on things since previously we had been tagging back and forth at the pace of around a day between messages. I get some automated sounding response from Ele, not acknowledging my previous message. I respond to that message, and again, I get a response that’s not addressing the issues — Ele seems to not want to respond to my questions or not have the English capabilities to do so perhaps. I’m hoping things turn around soon — like I said, I /*want*/ to like AlignerCo. But they need customer service agents who can respond with more than copy + paste drivel to detailed questions. It feels disrespectful and like my concerns aren’t being heard. We’ll see!

I wanted so bad to be able to give this company 5 stars. Ely, if thats a real person, will write a polite positive email. Then after a quick response from me I wait and wait for there reply ( very slow responders) as this started last year ! I went to use this company months later after we sent pics. when we finally get the video of what to expect . BTW ,My wife whom this is for ...Has almost a perfect 10 on her top teeth. Bottom has a single tooth that lean inward and she wanted to get corrected and line up smile line ( the middle line to match upper. The video looks like that tooth goes slightly more forward and thats it ! I said did the video get cut off ? To which when I got someone to look at it with me they agreed then talked to there orthodontist said needed IPR . Thats where they take a file or filing wheel and file in this case a half millimeter between two teeth to make room to come forward. I called multiple dentist who said they cannot do as its a liability especially when there are other approaches to which after a bit of research I found that other aligner companies that state right on their web site "NO IPR required with there aligners" . With pic's and one looked like my wife exact lower situation . Sure it will take a few extra trays and I guess the know how. But I just wasted a lot of time with this sub par limited aligner company . I showed them there competitors web site showing how they are most likley exploiting there weaknesses but they said they are not going to discuss anything except IPR . We wasted 4 months:(

Had a few problems with the impression kit being too big and nobody calling me back. Once I called them they were very helpful, but I always had to call and check on the progress.

You get what you pay for. Quick responses to emails and questions, but definitely questionable grammar and wording at times. The whole process took longer than I thought it would, but the final product is good for the price. Will follow up with another review after using the aligners for more than just a week.

READ THIS BEFORE YOU BUY FROM THEM. They denied 4 impressions i sent them. Then i asked for a zoom meeting to make sure I was doing things the way they expect it. They did not show up on the meeting, and they also have been promising to refund me in "5-7 business days" since the beginning of december/2020!! They take forever to respond to my emails and I never got my refund. EDIT: Their manager called me and arranged the refund. He was very nice and willing to help. That is what it takes receive a refund from this company.
