Alignerco is not punctual for any of their processing. We have 3 people in the family that ordered Aligners over a year ago and are waiting on sets to be made. Asked for a refund and they will not comply. *** update 14 March 2023. Still no headway with alignerco. They immediately asked me to change my review once I gave them one star with promises to make things right. We have yet to receive the sets that were to be shipped months ago. Lack of communication and nothing has been expedited! Stay away from this company! Fix it alignerco, do better this is ridiculous to do business like this!

This company isn’t great. They try to upsell you on everything. I didn’t get the outcome I wanted and they did nothing to fix it. To get extra retainers you have to pay.

I paid for my aligners 4/22/25. At first the process was OK...a little cumbersome (they didn't have cheek retractors small enough for my mouth, it took them awhile to answer my questions, etc) but tolerable. I got my first 5 aligners and that was fine. They sent me the next shipment which represented steps 6 - 20. Step 6 was a bit snug but it finally worked. Step 7 didn't fit AT ALL. They had me buy these little cylinders to try to help seat the aligner better - that didn't work. They told me to wear the current aligner for an extra couple of weeks. I did and that didn't work. So they told me I would have to do new impressions and have a new set of aligners made. They tried to get me to pay an additional $300. I flatly refused telling them I did everything they told me to do and it was their process that was at fault, not anything I did. They finally sent me new impression material which I sent in a month ago. I can't get a good response as to when I can expect my new aligners. In summary - it has been 8 MONTHS since I started this process and I haven't made it past step 6. At this point I wish I would have spent the extra money and gone with Invisilign.

Don't fall for the low prices, my results were terrible and they did not want to fix it , it is just bureaucracy of pictures and it is never good enough.no follow up, In the end , they wanted to start the whole treatment all over and gave me $ 50 discount !! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE AND SLOOOOWW

Nothing has gone right with their process. Their customer service is terrible — it can take days or even weeks to get a response. We've been waiting since August to receive our braces, and it's now mid-November. I contacted support a couple of days ago and finally got a reply saying, "Due to a backlog, the fabrication process is taking a bit longer than usual, as each aligner set is custom-made and requires careful attention." This is by far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Stay far away from them!

I ordered my aligners 3 months ago and paid in full and have not received them. Will not recommend your company at all and if not received in next 2 Weeks I will cancel my order and request a full refund and if not granted I will take my issue up legally.
