Communication could be better, instructions tell you to upload pictures in their app but I ended up having to contact support to get a response on if they were approved or not. Other than that, so far the experience has been easy and straightforward with lots of helpful tools to make sure you get a good impression before treatment.

This review is for customer service as they ask us to review before finishing the kit with results. However, service is great and impression kit came quickly. They work with you well and are helpful! Give 4 not 5 because… they give us a promo to review before finishing the services waiting.
