I checked out the website and soon after got a phone call follow up. I was offered a small discount to purchase so I dad. This is where it went off the rails. Multiple steps of email verification were required to complete the purchase. I’m not happy at all with the process. We will see about the products.

Company response time is quick, easy to work with on scheduling zoom, so far good experience!

I have sent my photos. I got an email indicating they didn't get my photos. I sent them again. I then sent an email inquiring about the photos. I haven't heard anything. I am holding off on the remaining impressions. I have putty left and so far have only taken my practice photos. This not a very speedy or efficient process. I think it can be improved. Thank you

Products were shipped on time however my first 2 impressions weren't up to standard. Even though the second one came out really good. Scheduled a Zoom meeting with a Alignerco team member for 3:00pm and never got a link or response after messaging at 3:10pm on what's going on.

What can I say? I’ll just do a pro/con list, after that, you can decide: Pros: 1. They work 2. Convenient (as you don’t have to go to a facility to get checked) Cons: 1. Ele is not a real person but a cover email for multiple people. 2. They don’t work all the way 3. Some of the steps are very uncomfortable or don’t fit 100% causing pain to the gums. 4. Customer service is HORRENDOUS. They ask you to send shots of your teeth and the step number every two week. They respond that “you’re on the right track” but most times they send the wrong step. For example: “Thanks for sending images of step 5. it has been determined that you’re on the right track.” However your email to them states, “see step 11 attached.” 6. Cost doesn’t always determine value, but in this case, it is highly apparent that you get what you pay for. UPDATE: the company stated they didn’t have my contact information yet they both emailed and called me. SHADY PRACTICE ALERT. Wish I could screenshot and upload but this site won’t let me.

Only needed one impression and then I kept getting emails of needing more. Process took a week just to get impression approval to mail off for the trays.

Communication with my smile specialist was horrible. I am complete with my treatment, and during the process had to contact customer support multiple times for issues that my specialist should’ve been able to help me with. In the end I learned that “ele” is every worker. Not an individual person. So no wonder communication was horrible. I did receive my aligners, and they did make my smile better. But the process of communications on their behalf- so bad, that I think I will look into other options for future needs. You will need 6 months of retainers after the treatment, or your treatment time and efforts have been wasted. Be sure to account for that cost in the beginning and order at the same time. Have a nail file when starting treatment because you will need to adjust the aligners to fit. Screen shot every conversation and invoice, because you may need to prove payment or conversation later. Over all, your teeth may get straighter, but good luck with communications.

Customer service is amazing. Prompt and extremely helpful! However, when they can’t do what they promise, they keep as much of your money as they can.
