Began the process beginning of Feb2021 and they still haven't made progress with my aligners. After them taking just about 4 weeks to ship my impression kit, and me getting confirmation from Ele to send back all materials to them after they signed off on my impressions, she came back requesting I purchase a whole new impression kit. Given I was instructed to send the extra materials back, I asked for one to be sent to me, but they pushed back and ultimately I had to pay for another kit, which makes me question the integrity of the company. Response time from customer service can take some time, and they are not too friendly. My review is solely on my experience with the company and not the aligners given I have no idea when those will even come on. Two months of waiting now, and hoping for something soon. Update as of May 2021: Finally got my smile projection which created two large gaps in my smile that are not currently there. When I asked for them to be redesigned as I do not want gaps in my teeth, they said that is what they can offer. I have asked for a refund a week ago, but still have not heard a response. Would recommend to STAY AWAY FROM ALLIGNERCO.

I couldn’t wait to get them as this was something I’ve wanted to do for a very long time; unfortunately upon receiving them I had a horrible experience. Just purchased the set and after the first step will never use them again. 1,000 down the drain.

Please read! I am finishing up my last step and I am not happy with my results. For me the biggest issue is how they are dealing with it. I have reached out to them via email and chat being very clear about what I have an issue with and I was told someone would call me shortly and I never got a call. I contacted again and was told i would receive a call at 6 pm, and never got one. I am so frustrated and the way they handle any negative concerns is ridiculous. They used to be helpful for me when I had basic questions. Now that I am unsatisfied, they will not help me. They tip toe around my concerns with some generic answer. I don’t think it’s fair to pay for refinement Aligners when they are the ones that didn’t give me the results I had in the treatment preview. Why should anyone pay extra if they did not receive the same results. I was so excited when I started the treatment and felt like I made the right choice choosing Aligner co. Now I wish I would have went with a different company. It not right to pay $200 more if they still won’t deliver the results I was told I would have. Be cautious of this please. They are affordable, but in the end after all the work wearing these Aligners, you won’t be happy if you get different results than promised, all for the low price. Just pay more somewhere else or you can take a chance and hope you get lucky. I have recently looked at the bad reviews and they are not pretty. It seems they do not handle criticism well and it’s not that those of us who have bad reviews are being rude. We simply did not get a good experience and wanted help with our problem and if it comes across badly then it’s because we are so frustrated!

Alignerco is a garbage company I would say. I ordered my aligner in August 2020. I did not receive my aligner kit till February 2021 so around six months they took to build my aligner in these 6 months they asked me to take impressions three-time and three upper & lower impressions each time so after 9 upper and lower impressions they could not build aligner. Their team is ridiculous they arrange online sessions every time to take the impressions and the person who guides you will be a roadside worker. Who will tell you we got what we want after taking impressions and after 1 month you will get mail that we didn't get what we want so you will have to give impressions again. After these all things, I asked for a refund from them but still, I have not received it, as it has been 27 days of refund request. After wasting my six months they will cut the handling charge from your total paid amount. Their customer support team I disgusting, they will hang up after putting you on hold for 30 minutes.

Terrible experience. PLEASE READ AND CAVEAT EMPTOR. First, you have to pay for the entire process before receiving any product. Then, after receiving my "molds" to create the liners, they said they could only do one level and they don't give refunds. I paid for both upper and lower arches but only receive one and no refund. VERY DECEIVING. The customer service was terrible. I started this process in October and I still haven't received my "one" liner (5 months later). I plan to file grievances with the Better Business Bureau about this company. They are definitely out to rip off customers.

I am so disappointed. I started aligners over a year ago with this company. They told me my teeth would be perfectly suited for aligners. I paid, and did the entire treatment, before realizing my teeth no longer fit together. My jaw hurts constantly, and pops loudly and frequently. It did not before. Only my front teeth touch now. They offered refinements to fix the problem, and insist I need IPR at a local dentist, but can give no referrals. No dentist will do this, and I have contacted dozens. I cannot afford to have the issues they caused fixed, and at this point, after paying the full price and going through months of discomfort and pain, I am significantly worse off than I started.

Buyer beware. When you purchase an impression kit to see if you are a candidate you are told clearly (in bold print) that if you are not a candidate for alignerco aligners you will receive a full refund but that is not the case.

I was impressed by all the glowing reviews on this site but so far, I've had a bad experience with this company. First thing you should know is that you will mostly email with a bot who will repeat the same lines without giving you straight forward responses. Second, these are not orthodontists so be very careful when you agree to their proposed treatment plan. I was very clear that I wanted aligners to correct my bite. Their solution was to increase my overjet by creating two HUGE GAPS between my canines and incisors on both sides of my upper arch. They emailed me so I would confirm "this is fine." It was obviously not fine! They couldn't assure me that this dramatic option would make my bite more comfortable and the computer-generated image of what my teeth would look like "after" didn't even show a corrected bite. Then they told me the problem was my bonded retainer, which needed to be removed. The answers I got via email or phone were never clear even when I wrote in bullets and asked for yes or no answers. I lost confidence and cancelled the order. Now I've been trying to get a refund for over 3 weeks and they keep putting me off, saying it will be just a few more business days. It looks like I'll have to get my credit card company to try to cancel this payment. I say go with the more expensive professionals and keep your peace of mind. **UPDATE** Within minutes of posting this review, I was contacted by AlignerCo. They said I would be provided with a full refund once I removed this review, adding "notify me as soon as you have marked it down I will get the refund processed for you." When I pressed, they did eventually issue my refund but have contacted me multiple times on my phone and email (I have an incoming call as I write this) to have the review taken down. I'm going to have to block their number and emails to stop from being harassed. They even went so far as to contact Trust Pilot to have this review removed for disclosing personally protected information (it was the bot's name). If they put half as much effort into customer service as they put into having bad reviews taken down, they'd have avoided this situation in the first place.
