The whole process was painless and easy. I received my tray molds and putty in a package with easy instructions. I made the molds sent it back and I received my virtual teeth impressions with a plan of how many trays I need to correct my smile. I approved it and they sent the trays in a few days. It was as easy as that! Im happy with my progress and I have already referred this company to friends and family.

I havent yet received my retainers, but I wanted to express how great thr service was on the video call. I had a comically horrible time doing my impressions . The rep was amazingly patient and we eventually got it. When they say take the free video call, TAKE IT!
