I have finished my treatment with Alignerco and the outcome is not what I approved before starting treatment. My bottom teeth have straightened out but I now have a gap between my 2 middle teeth. The preview video of the "before and after" that I approved before treatment showed no gap between my 2 middle teeth. I contacted them and they asked me to pay $200 more dollars for "refinement". I emailed them back and told them I've already paid over $800 and can't afford to pay anymore. To make matters worse, I went in for a cleaning last week and my dentist informs me that now my upper teeth are not lining up with my bottom teeth correctly and this may lead to bite/jaw issues. He said that I should contact Alignerco about getting this corrected. I emailed them about it and I haven't heard back. I would like to add that I followed my plan perfectly, wearing my aligners the appropriate length of time (both days and hours) and sent in photos along the way, always getting a quick response that "the treatment is progressing fine, go on to the next step". I was in contact with my representative every 10 days, sending photos of my teeth and getting the "OK" to proceed with treatment every time. After spending over $800, I have a gap in my lower teeth and my teeth are not lining up. Someone contacted me and is looking into it- I will update this review when I hear back about a resolution.

Eventhough price's good, you won't get the results you expect. Not even close to the 90% advertised. And they will make you pay 200$ for refinements. You can fight and ask for a discount but would you trust them again: if it didn't work at first, what makes you think refinements will fix things? It'll probably just crook your teeth more. Just avoid the headache and put your money elsewhere.

Would give ZERO stars if I could. Was looking for a quick fix to the minor spacing I had in my teeth. I paid $800. The “treatment” consisted of 20 aligners (10 for upper, 10 for lower). I followed instructions, wearing them all day, taking them out to eat and brush. Currently wearing the retainers all day. AlignerCo has caused a MASSIVE problematic realignment. My front teeth (too and bottom) have been shifted out of my mouth and shoot out at an angle. They are no longer straight with minor gaping. The best part, when I called to let them know, the customer service rep told me my situation is not unique. He said it happens in most cases…that I needed to send an additional $200 for more aligners to “potentially” fix my teeth. My advice: Don’t do it. You’ll be sorry. I wish someone had been honest about their experience - I doubt if half of the online reviews are actually real. AlignerCo is not a quick fix…it’s not a fix at all. It’s a scam. Save your hard earned money and go somewhere else. **update** A rep followed up and offered free treatment - so no need for the $200, provided I delete my review. First, I’m not convinced another treatment won’t mess up my teeth even more. And second being asked to delete an honest review for a chance to fix the problem they caused makes me question a lot about AlignerCo.

RUN from this company! I have had braces before and my teeth were perfect. I didn’t keep up with my retainers and they reverted back. I decided to give this company a go considering all I saw were positive reviews (which now I’m sure they were bots, because I don’t believe anyone has had a good experience with this company). I had to redo my impressions because the first set I took were not good enough. Fair enough, but they had me pay for new impression material because I didn’t have enough for another try (you have to use more than one jar of each kind, and really I only needed an extra jar of each considering they wanted 2 impressions of both top and bottom). The smile projection was not to my liking. I expressed this and did not understand what the small but noticeable gaps it would create by my canines were for. I knew the teeth had to have somewhere to shift, but I have also had braces before and that never happened. They assured me it wasn’t a big deal and that they wouldn’t be noticeable. Fast forward to getting my trays, the first couple sets fit like they should. It’s when I began noticing they weren’t snug like they should be and there were gaps between the tooth and bottom of trays that I was dismissed and told to use the bite chews that they send with them. Like that would solve anything? If they don’t fit, they don’t fit. I expressed this several times and was assured it would be ok. I have not heard a WORD from them since my final tray and sending them pictures of my retainers. My teeth as still crooked, and they’re my front 2 so it’s noticeable. Yes, my teeth moved. But they created gaps that didn’t need to be there and didn’t straighten my teeth. So now I’m out about $1,100 with nothing to show for it. PLEASE take your money elsewhere. I should have been turned off by the use of “kindly do XYZ”, “I assure you”, and “your satisfaction is of utmost importance” wording in the emails the bot sent me, but I’m not learning from my expensive mistake.

Do not use this company. Will take your money an promise to straighten you teeth. Will not get them completely straight and will not honor their guarantee. Go anywhere else but them.

This is NOT a 4-star company. There's a page on TrustPilot where you can see all of the negative reviews that were deleted. Go look at it because there you will see the truth about AlignerCo. I believe this company spends more time curating reviews on this site than caring for paying customers. So, congratulations to all the reviewers who say they're satisfied, if you're even real. Do you want to be frustrated, cheated, stressed and disappointed? Go ahead and place an order. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else so you can get what you pay for and the smile you want. From the initial order onwards (I paid in full, Order # 101961 Paid $984.99 via Credit card and bought Smile Advantage with Kit), my poor experience began. Red flags all over the place. It took more back and forth than is reasonable to get the "smile projection", and when that finally arrived, I couldn't open the file. When I finally saw the projection, I wasn't happy with it, so one of the reps offered to take $200 off if I went ahead with the treatment. I should have just said no and gotten the funds back, but went ahead, anyway. Fast forward 7 months, I'm wearing the final tray (#15) and they are asking me for $200 for "refinements", when really, their "experts" should have known that treatment would be incomplete at this point. When AlignerCo sent my first set of trays, about 3 months after I paid in full, they only sent the first 5 trays. Tray #2 cracked. The other ones didn't, but one is too many. Regardless, no one cared. It was unbelievable! They told me to keep wearing it. Months later, and 5 phone calls with 3 different reps, they all told me the remaining trays were on the the way, but only the last rep told the truth. They not only don't care about your time, they will lie to you and avoid answering questions, while promising the "highest level of satisfaction". I don't know what they think that means. I stopped communicating with their bot (I will withhold her name so they don't try to take this review down) almost right away because it wouldn't give me a straight answer. In the grand scheme that didn't matter, because now, anonymous "Team AlignerCo" is being just as evasive and ignoring my questions, trying to get money out of me for a service they failed to deliver. The "team" now says the projection is only 80 to 90% accurate and are insinuating that I'm to blame for this. Ha! Is this something you want to deal with? Did my teeth move? Yes. In the interest of transparency, I have a slight open bite that I knew going in could not be fixed with aligners alone. One of my top teeth was turning outwards, and I wanted to correct it, but it is only slightly fixed, so they didn't even do that right. Bottom line, and I can't stress this enough, my experience with AlignerCo is negative. Two months ago, they sent me a link to leave my review and thankfully I waited until now. I would have only given 2 stars at that point, and would leave zero now, if possible. For all of the time and energy wasted, they did not deliver and I have to go somewhere else and spend more money that could have been spent elsewhere in the first place. Do yourself a favor, don't choose AlignerCo! Don't let the price fool you, you won't even get what you pay for!

ALIGNERCO RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!!! My experience has been nothing but a nightmare. So many things with this company are shady. Whatever you do, do not pay upfront for the service. If something goes wrong with your impressions like mine did and you realize this is not a company you want to deal with, they will not refund your money. When I sent my impressions in, they kept telling me they hadn’t received them. Countless phone calls and emails later I asked for a refund. If you have ever been to a time share presentation, this is what the process was like. They are determined to not refund your money, making you explain over and over to one person then another. Eventually they offered to send out a new impression kit and refund $150 of the $895 I had prepaid. Out of sheer exhaustion and frustration I agreed only because I don’t believe they will ever refund me fully even though the aligners never had been made. I made the new impressions only to get an email saying that my original impressions had arrived (months have gone by). Then they send the consent form. Here’s the worst of it. This is the first time you are told that their aligners may cause you to need to restore all your other dental work and they are not responible for it. WHAT??? Now you tell me that this can damage all the other work such as bridges or crowns? This information should have been given up front, not after you have paid for the service and sent impressions. You have to certify that you don’t have and periodontal or gum disease and that your last visit to your dentist within the last 6 months no serious dental issues was identified, e.g. gum recession, inflamed gums, or tooth mobility. Well, I couldn’t sign their form because I did have periodontal disease and I am not going to risk ruining my dental work for straighter teeth. I contacted them and they told me to just sign anyway, it didn’t really matter. Again I asked for a refund. That didn’t happen and I’m out $745. Don’t believe all the good reviews are all there are. Do your research on this company and you will find many more stories like mine. You have been warned. The best for you at this point is, you may hold the Aligners treatment now and get your treatment done with your local dentist. The reason is that you are out of the refund window as a refund is possible within 24 - 48 hours since you place the order. I am looking forward to hearing from you. MY REPLY: Hi James, The point is exactly that yes, it is more than 24-48 hrs after I placed my order only because the requirements and dangers of dental work damage from wearing Alignerco aligners were not disclosed until the consent form was sent much later after the impressions were taken and returned to Alignerco. It appears as this infomation is intentionally withheld until then. This information is not available before ordering. This is deceiving and dishonest business practices. Patricia
