ALIGNERCOReviews of alignerco.com

This company is bribing individuals with amazon gift cards for positive reviews. Do not believe them!

The whole experience has been awfully frustrating. From the initial payment to get the impressions, to the poor instructions, the small molds, i had to order larger and paid, morr putty and pay, i get an offer I paid and no the offer was for daytime not the nighttime, so now $200 more. Its horribly set up as a business and always unclear

I still haven't received the liners. I tried to contact someone to see if I could pay for expedited shipping even but couldn't get an answer

Beware!! They con you to believe your teeth will be aligned at the end of the treatment. They come close and then ask for more money to finish the treatment, citing excuses that put the blame on you! Those people are con artists, buyers beware!!!

Purchased this for my daughter, they will not email her directly or even respond all.

I went back and forth with the Alignerco team and finally approved the smile I wanted. After wearing 13 aligners, my final alignment was not the smile I approved. When I contacted them, they said I would have to pay an additional $200 to get the smile they originally promised me! I'd recommend you go with a more reputable company than Alignerco. This is how they responded after I told them they needed to provide the smile they promised without charging me more: "Hi ****,   Thank you for your email. This is to inform you that 80-90% of the projected results are estimated to be achieved as teeth movement depends on many factors including but not limited to bone density, the medication you are on, having followed all the stipulated instructions, etc.   Although we have already offered you refinement for $150 instead of $200. Please notify us so we forward your detail to the accounts department to issue you an invoice." They have since offered me a refinement for $120. 🙄

I just filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and was not at all surprised to find that Alignerco has a F rating with them. Alignerco is now sending me emails warning me to stop writing reviews about them! They are the worst don’t waste your money and time with them. I am pursuing legal action with my attorney and my dentist now, my dentist believes Alignerco has permanently weakened my teeth. I originally only wanted a refund since they cannot give me back the last almost 2 years I wasted on them, but now I will seek damages. I believe the good reviews you see are made by Alignerco representatives not customers. I will be posting reviews about the new company I am now trying out, once I see that they work!

My TWO customer service calls about problems with my original kit have been nothing but a nightmare. Your agents are rude, yell over me, and do nothing go on repeat with ZERO customer service. I’m not impressed to say the least and I’d love for some type of manager that actually has a brain to call me about these issues and their team of support agents.
