I’m sad to say that I’ve been very unhappy with Alignerco. After 1,5 years and three different treatment plans, my teeth are still far from straight. When you finish your treatment plan and you express that you’re not happy with the results, they ignore you. I really wish I chose a different company because I wasted both my time and money with them.

Buyer beware. I wish I would have paid more for another aligner brand. The company doesn’t seem well run. First they sent me someone else’s aligners. Thankfully I read the name, then asked that I ship them back so they could send them to the right person. The bi-weekly check in with Ele seemed useless, since they green light moving to the next set no matter what, even after I said my teeth weren’t moving and the next set didn’t seem to fit correctly. After going through my whole set, I still had a few teeth that weren’t straight, better but not done, I was very annoyed that the refinement cost $200, and took months to get sent to me. Finished my refinement set and it’s a little better but still not what their models show. They also provided absolutely no follow up from Ele or anyone on the refinement process. They just dropped off after I confirmed I received my second set. It seemed to be working but I needed another two or three trays to get the final result, and at this point don’t even know what to do. Do I reach out, pay another $200, wait another 3+ months, and try again for the 3 time or just give up. I wish someone would contact me and try and help.

I was told by Alignerco customer service that if I was not happy with my smile projection I could get a refund. I was not happy with the smile projection ad they could not straighten my crowded teeth. I did not approve my plan and they didn't refund me my money. Do not go with this shady company. Buyer beware. I saw most of the positive reviews and thought ALIGNERCO was legit. Come to find out most of the positive reviews are most likely not real people.

Terrible communication. Was flagged on my FSA as ineligible and it got my card locked. They never sent a receipt. It took many months to get my aligners. They told me my purchase did not include the free whitener kit despite the website clearly stating that it does. When emailing support or chatting on their website you always get "Ele". I don't know if they literally only have one customer service person or if that is a pseudonym they have everyone use. I got several emails out of nowhere answering a question I didn't ask and others were never responded to. Overall they give you the feeling they are operating out of someone's garage. It is worth a little extra money to go to a real company.

Customer service has been awful since the start. The responses are very delayed and vague. I have had the aligners for more than 2 weeks now and still have not gotten the thumbs up to send them in or any assistance in how to fix the bottom molds. My husband asked for a different sized tray more than 10 days ago and he still has not had a confirmation email that they will send different sizes. In retrospect, I would have gone with a different company and paid more because these first few weeks have really set out a bad impression. I’m wondering how long it will take until we actually get the aligners if the beginning process is taking so long.

Slow to respond. It’s been two weeks since I paid in full. I have to get larger trays for my teeth, which are free, but they are trying to charge me for more molding materials. After requesting to not get charged extra after I’ve payed $900+ in full, my contact stopped emailing back. It has been 4 days since the last email. Update: I got a call from Adam where he offered expedited services for my trouble, but in return I would have to delete my review. I told him that I will change my review once there is action taken, not just words. He was very adamant and pushy and in very nice corporate customer retention language, he made it seem that if I didn’t change my review, I would not receive the expedited services. After I told him he was negatively impacting my experiences and that I will delete my review and copy and paste it with a new paragraph at the end where I talk about how Adam made me feel uncomfortable, his attitude changed and gave up. I received another package with standard shipping instead of expedited. I asked to change my representative and got Ele. They’re great so far. Two months in and I’m almost finished with the entry part of the process.

Got this braces, the bottom braces did not fit well, just needed a piece cut out and was then usable. I needed to be sent back for this and it took quite a while. But then fit good. The real complaint I have is about the top braces that started to not fit and slowly moved town and further away from my front teeth. They were properly seeded and fit good in the back teeth. Each time I complained and was told it was reviewed and to precede with the next step. When i got to step 10 I said they were not even relay touching my front teeth any more. After a longer review I was told to jump back to step 6 as that was the last time they looked like they fit. I did not have them with me as I was away at work and did not bring the old ones with me. Everything I read told me not to skip steps as it could damage my teeth and they told me to jump back 4 steps. I was not comfortable doing this and would have to wait four months to do so any way. Update: Was reached out to over the phone this weekend but do to bad timing was unable to take the call. Will update my review once I have talked to them and see if my problems can be resolved.

Horrible. Asked for refund within their time frame of allowance. Received multiple emails asking for my reason, offering me free and/or reduced pricing items, however, NOT addressing my refund request. Back and forth for days just to get my refund approved!! I ordered 8/1. It’s 8/15 and still no refund. Scammers. Check their BBB F rating.
