Be very careful!!!! I got my Aligners with the main intent of fixing my snaggle tooth that sticks out, but once I got to the last step, not only was my tooth still sticking out, but I also could not bite down completely anymore. My K9’s had moved so they now make contact so that now it is impossible to completely bite down like I used to be able to do perfectly fine before the Aligners. I had contacted them several Aligner steps prior when this first started becoming an issue and they assured me it would be fixed by the time I got to my last Aligner step, but it didn’t. They then charged me another $200 to get further aligners to fix this issue, and when that didn’t work they offered a 3rd set of aligners for free, but those ended the same way and now they’ve offered a 4th set of aligners, but I have to pay $50 for shipping, but I am so beyond done. I have asked for a refund but they refuse, In spite of always ending every correspondence email assuring satisfaction, but now, even after I have completed all of those extra aligners, I still have the exact same issue with not being able to bite down, which is causing me major jaw pain, but to make matters even worse the tooth that I got the aligners to fix in the first place is still sticking out. I am now left with the choice of either stopping to wear my retainers and allowing my teeth to shift back and lose all the progress that I have made, as well as all the money I have paid, or continuing to wear them and not be able to bite down and continue to have jaw pain. I am very annoyed and frustrated, and most certainly not satisfied. I would be very careful about using Alignerco.

Video session support was very helpful when creating the impression; Jay Smith was very patient and polite. Update: The impression got sent back on January 20 and for two weeks very little or no progress has been made, I didn't get the treatment, I only ordered the retainers so it shouldn't be taking almost two months. Please explain to me why it is taking this long? Every time I email them it's always a canned response telling me about the treatment which I didn't order (only order teeth retainers). I don't appreciate the slow and canned response from customer support. In the end I just went else where to order my retainers.

Zero stars!!!!!! Horrible fraudulent company. They do not have any dentists on staff. They lie and try to bribe you when you don’t get promised results set in your treatment preview. Run as far as you can from this company. Their aligners are subpar junk that do not work! They do not have any professionals there to oversee your case. I believe they have another company Aligner32, so run from them as well! They do not work in the US. And “James”, “Ele”, or any other fake names used, do not reply here with an I’m sorry and and to contact you because as you know, we have been in contact with each other and no fix!! Just, lies, bribery, and you being condescending! 2 years with this company and still no results. Only tell you to give them MORE money to fix what they didn’t do!! They promise results that never deliver then want $200 more to do again and get nowhere again! Then tell you they’ll discount that $200 if you remove negative comments!

My requests are repeatedly ignored, as I write this in mid-January 2023, my last bi-directional interaction with Alignerco was about 5 months ago in August 2022. I have been left with new open contacts (teeth that do not touch) following treatment that were not present before I started treatment way back in the summer of 2020. Alignerco had moved these teeth as indicated in the movement record form during the initial treatment - and produced a "refinement" treatment (despite having a digital scan of my mouth) that completely failed to address this main concern. The lack of customer service needs to be exposed - no consumer should be subject to this sort of behavior

The absolute worst customer service ever! I purchased the package January 2022, have done 3/4 impressions while on video with a rep and each time the aligners did not fit. For my last impressions they just gave up and sent me the entire set of 13 aligners and when I told them they didn’t fit they asked for pictures and more pictures and then told me they fit just fine. I’ve asked multiple times for a refund but they refused. I basically just discontinued contact and cut my losses. I would 0% not recommend.

The took $1100 from me, I never sent the “free” impression kit back in bc my dentist told me these aligners would cause me to lose teeth. I begged for a refund and they refused. Please avoid this company.

You will get what you paid for, which is bad customer service and very bad result. I used to had one gap in the middle now its closed but i gain two gaps on both sides. Their 3d preview is really tricky too, they only shows font, sides up and down views, there is no off view so I didnt see how big my gaps on the side would become, they wouldnt warn you about the gap or give you a properly direction on how to look at the preview. Thats why I agreed with it and ended up with this bad 2 gaps on the sides. Im going with a different company now trying to fix my teeth, they are more expensive but they are so responsible and responsive. I went to alignerco because i thought my gap wasnt that bad and i thought i could save some money. But I ended up wasted all since they wont give me a refund nor try to fix the gaps on the sides that they created.

This company has been a mess since the start. Took about two months to get my first set of aligners. My teeth were fairly straight as I had Invisalign years ago. I have one front tooth that was the only reason I went with this company to get it fixed. After 13 trays, that tooth is still not straight. How is it possible to go through this many trays and yet they don’t move the one tooth that was the issue?? After I reached out to them about how my teeth were still messed up, Ele offered a refinement treatment and requested another $200. So what did my $900 up front do? Nothing. I refuse to pay extra money when this problem should of been taken care of in the $900 that I already spent. They emailed me trying to say that in my contract that I signed, I knew that I could be charged more if at the end of treatment I wasn’t satisfied. Yet looking through my contract I signed back in February, it never states anything about refinement treatments. Then they send me this email basically saying after my full treatment I would need to undergo an entire new one and pay for it. ITS A SCAM. Of course through this whole process, the emailing back and forth takes FOREVER. They won’t respond for days. Even when they were sending my tracking information, I would get the package and then later that day they would send me the tracking information. Like geez thanks for telling me that I already got the package. I’ve had to email multiple times checking in on the status of my aligners because nothing is communicated to you. If I were you, I would spend my money at a better reputable company where you actually get good care, not spun in circles, and can actually get your teeth fixed by the end. This process with them has been absolutely miserable.
