I should’ve gotten my refund when I had the chance. I had to do the impression kit 3 different times, they kept telling me they were insufficient, then tried to make me pay to get more kits when their directions were terrible. They wouldn’t respond for weeks as I was waiting to receive my new kit. I knew after the first few retainers that something felt wrong in the way my teeth were moving. I let them know and they told me this was normal. I asked them what would happen if I wasn’t satisfied with my results, and they said to just let them know as they “guarantee satisfaction.” Complete lies. Fast forward to completing treatment, my bite is completely off. It literally got worse from this treatment. My retainer already broke in a couple months because I can’t rest my jaw naturally. They are forcing me to pay $200 for refinement treatment when my teeth aren’t even safe to leave like this. I’ve been going back & forth emailing them and they keep telling me they only promise 80-90% results. They will not offer me any help to fix this issue they caused. I sure won’t drop another dime into this company. I spent over a thousand dollars and am now left with unsafe teeth and bite that can lead to jaw pain and breathing issues, and they won’t do anything about it. Take your money somewhere else and do not trust this company.

It is a waste of money. I spent over a year finishing a night treatment AND a refinement treatment. Surely read between the lines: They only claim to achieve 80% of the treatment plan they give you. Unfortunately, that left the one part of my teeth I wanted to get aligners for. When I contacted customer service before and after my refinement treatment, I was treated with no courtesy whatsoever. I was made to feel bad and to feel as though it was my fault. I was also basically told I needed to pay extra for refinement treatments again and again until my issue is magically fixed. I should have noted when my dentist seemed skeptical about AlignerCo. Now I have to seek alternative options for teeth straightening and unfortunately paying more than what I paid this company in the first place. Don't waste your money people!

UNABLE TO CLOSE MY TEETH. Run! GO somewhere else! Alignerco has left my canine top, completely lined up to my canine bottom. Point to point and unable to close my teeth. I am unable to chew properly. I am in pain. I have been in contact with them, sent photos. Their 'specialist' says it has come along nicely. (WHAT?) Is this where they planned on me being? My teeth fit perfectly into their final retainer they sent me. So, yes it is. So now they want me to become "a new case" They keep on saying this. When my original treatment has not been completed. And of course they try to upsell me. For $250 more, they will try to fix the mess they made. Well I am in pain, and already paid a lot to them. Most of the aligners seem to do not movement. They asked me at the beginning what I wanted to fix. Dont answer it! That will probably be the one they dont. So they can string you along later. Terrible response times. WASTE OF MONEY AND YOUR TIME WEARING THEM.. And, you could end up like my teeth. My dentist and hygienist say they should do something before I end up with permanent jaw damage. But all they do is no replies for long periods of time, say the same thing, ask for more money. Very suspicious of the large spread of good reviews to bad. The good ones must be bots

Poor service, all automated responses. After treatment was complete teeth were still not perfect. Continued with retainer anyways and after the first one broke they sent a replacement that was visibly different and didnt fit properly. After I complained they told me to use chewies and give it time (obviously I did that already) and basically refused to replace it so now I am stuck with a poorly fitting retainer and teeth that are still not straight with my wallet over $1000 lighter. Stay far away from this company.

Don’t listen to these bot reviews, these guys led me on a chase of doing impressions over and over trying to get me to buy more each time. My treatment plan hasn’t even started and they refuse to let me get a refund. PayPal spent a month being useless and now I’m $900 down with nothing in return. These guys were desperate to get their greasy fingers on the money

Originally the Customer Service department was great....till they got my money. It's now been 4 months and I am still waiting to get aligners. I have always had to contact them to get the status. They have never reached out to me to let me know what was going on. And still to this day I have no idea why I do not have aligners. I finally did get a tracking number for what they said was my shipment (yay) but when the pkg arrived, it was ONE set of aligners, with no explanation. When I contacted them, they said it would be another THREE weeks (and I don't believe that timeline) for my next "batch" of aligners to come. I got no case to keep this single little set in, nothing. I still do no know when my aligners will be here nor if they will even work. I have lost all trust in this company

I initially left a 5 star review based on my initial experience with the company, but as time has gone on, my opinion has changed drastically. Their resolution team offer no resolution, I have sent multiple emails requesting to cancel an order and all I get back are offers to reduce the price. I only required a small amount of work to fine tune a couple of things after an orthodontic treatment and the smile projection provided was demonstrably worse than my teeth and any modifications were refused. When I tell them that the projected outcome is worse than my bite is now, I am asked whether I just want a discount on it. I have sent three emails requesting a cancellation, two were ignored and the third was replied to with an offer to reduce the price instead. I am being told that I can't cancel for free because they already did the smile projection, even though my initial request to do so was before the smile projection was done. They're also saying that I'm unable to do it because of the cost of the impression kit that I was sent, but I was not sent an impression kit, I sent in my own models from my orthodontist. I would not recommend anybody to deal with this business.

TOUT A BIEN COMMENCÉ ET AU 9e ALIGNEURS, CELUI DU BAS NE FITTAIT PLUS. JE LEUR AI ECRIT, ILS M ONT DIT QUE CE N EST PAS LEUR PROBLEME, QUE JE DOIS PAYER ENCORE POUR REFAIRE D AUTRES ALIGNEURS. J'AI TROUVÉ ÇA DEPLORABLE. ILS M ONT ABANDONNÉ TOUTE SEULE AVEC MON TRAITEMENT, J AI DECIDÉ D ARRETER. jE NE RECOMMANDE PAS CETTE COMPAGNIE, CE SONT DES VOLEURS,ANARQUEURS, ILS ONT PRIS MON ARGENT ET JE N AI PAS EU LE TRAITEMENT.
