They pressure you for 5 stars BEFORE treatment. Im glad i didn't fall for it. THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!! I paid for treatment in Dec 2025. It is now MAy 2026. NOTHING! They will like and try to trick your credit card company into telling them you got it. DOCUMENT everything and DISPUTE

I paid for teeth alignment services in February 2026. After receiving the impression kit and completing my impressions (which were approved as workable by their team), I have been waiting over a month for a simple return shipping label so I can send the kit back and progress my treatment. Despite follow-up emails on 2 April, 9 April, 16 April, and a formal demand letter, all I have received are apologies and promises that someone will "look into it." Most recently I was told a "Resolution Team" would contact me, they have not. Nearly 3 months since payment, the process has not progressed past step one. The delays are entirely on their side and are caused by what appears to be a complete lack of internal coordination. I would not recommend this service to anyone. If you are considering it, be aware that once they have your money, follow-through is essentially nonexistent.

Do NOT BELIEVE THESE POSITIVE REVIEWS unless you are entirely okay with this taking a year longer than you want. The processing time is incredibly incredibly slow, and they ask you did give a review ONLY at the beginning ONLY when they are very attentive…. Then they drop you and barely respond. It took 3 months for me to receive my first set of impressions which were merely “static” to keep my teeth in place before my REAL aligner retainers.

I’ve had a very frustrating experience with this company. Since April 6, I’ve been trying to get an update on my next set of aligners after submitting the required information, but have received little to no response. When I finally spoke with customer service, I was given instructions that directly contradicted what I had previously been told. I was informed that I needed to submit photos after completing my treatment, which was never clearly communicated before and has caused unnecessary delays. To make matters worse, during the call I was repeatedly interrupted while trying to explain my situation, which made the interaction feel dismissive and unprofessional. Overall, the lack of communication, inconsistent information, and poor customer service made this a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company based on how my case has been handled.

I'm more upset than my husband right now. 2 months of waiting for his teeth guards. 2 months of paying a bill thst he dont even have guards for. 3 different shipments arrives, with no guards. SCAM BUYER BEWARE, HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION! They will do everything except call you back and NOT send you what you've paid for. Send my husband his order that he paid for over 2 months ago. His name is TYRELL MCGLOTHEN hopefully this will make you do your job or send our money back.!!

I originally ordered aligners at the beginning of November, 2025. These finally arrived in February of 2026, but did not cover my teeth and were defective. The company repeatedly attempted to convince me that aligners that only cover the bottom half of my teeth would be effective, but then agreed to make new aligners if I wouldn’t write bad reviews. They finally shipped a new impression kit at least a month later, so I had to re-do the process of impressions. Two months later, I still have not received my new aligners. All in all, I paid for aligners almost six months ago, and still have not received the product. This has been a very disappointing experience, and I wouldn't recommend this company to anybody. I have very little faith that if I ever receive the new aligners they will do what they are supposed to. Spend the extra and work with a dentist! UPDATE: After many months and time spent emailing, I’ve finally received a full refund from this business. Over the course of communication they lied about many things- for example saying the aligners were in production and almost done, then a month later saying the molds were un-usable. They tried to get me to settle on only a partial refund when I never even received the product. Don’t use this company!

This company is FRAUDULENT, if you want to see how they roll, just look at their "headquarters": 16 Herzog place · Hicksville, NY 11801 · USA. I spent $1k on aligners with this company, and it took them MONTHS to finally get me my aligners. Not only that, but as I was going through my process of 20 sets of aligners, once I reached set 11, the aligners didn't fit. I was optimistic that I would receive support. The issue started in October; it is now April, and the last email I received from them was asking for pictures of me wearing my aligners. That is the 4th or 5th time they've asked me for photos. So now I am sitting here with half of a set of aligners, still messed-up teeth, and no support. When I call them, they tell me I can pay an extra $600 to start over. Are you kidding me? That's just insulting. I'm convinced not a single American works for this company. No phone call has been with a person whose first language was English. Extremely frustrating. Spend the extra money on a company that'll actually take care of you.

If there was an option to do 0 stars I would, I purchased and paid in full 1/31/2026. The impression kit was quickly sent out. Once returned it was confirmed received. Here it is 4/2/2026 with multiple calls to see what steps are next each time I call I get the run around “please give us one business day to have your smile projection” and now, my refund is not even a full refund. I didn’t get the product and they are still charging! This is ridiculous. I was able to get 95% refunded (supposedly will be in 7-12 business days) but I truly think I should be receiving a 100% refund as the service paid for was not ever done.
