I was so excited to find a company that cared about my personal concerns regarding my smile journey. I received the impression kit and was very impressed, it was professional and contained everything I needed to be successful. The customer service was above average so far I am very pleased and looking forward to great results.

Just received my aligners earlier this week! So far so good. They fit perfect and are really clear. Great price! Only bad thing I can say is that they don’t update you on the status of your Aligner’s while you wait.

AlignerCo has been awesome! The customer service team is very friendly. The whole process has been handled professionally and I am loving my aligners! They fit well and I can see a bit of improvement already in just a few months of wearing them!

Found this company who used the same for quite a bit less. Was a little nervous spending the money without too many reviews, but am so glad I did. Communication was top-notch, everything explained very well. Currently on day 2.5 of my first set. A little sore but not too bad, except when removing. I dread removing. I call this my braces diet. Finally figured out to use a metal spoon to help pry off the bottom alligners, which are super tight. My husband had to get them off me once and almost gave me a bruised mouth. Guess that means they are doing their job of moving my teeth. Overall pleases so far.

I recently ordered my aligners. They have not come in yet, so I can't comment on how they work yet. But when I got the impression kit the directions that were written were not the same directions that my "personal care specialist" had emailed me. It was confusing and lowered my trust in the company because an employee gave me contradictory directions than what was written in the brochure that came with the aligner kit. I followed the written directions from the brochure, having a little more confidence that they were correct. Update: I’ve now completed my time wearing my aligners. I still give them 3 stars. My “personal care specialist” was not very good and continued to give me conflicting advice throughout my treatment. I believe there was a language barrier. The aligners worked overall to re-straighten my teeth (I had braces and my teeth were spacing as I aged), but now my bite is off. When I told my “specialist” my response was that my case has been reviewed and it’s normal. No, it’s not. Update 2: 7-26-21 After seeing my initial 3 star review I was contacted by AlignerCo. After a lengthy discussion concerning my experience with the company, I was offered 2 free retainers. I am satisfied, so I have changed my review to 5 stars.

So far, it’s been a quick and easy process getting started! I am just patiently awaiting my aligner’s now.

It’s been great and so much easier than regular braces and having to go to the dentist every two weeks with Invisalign!
