At half the cost of other leading aligner providers I was nervous to use AlignerCo. I read a lot of reviews and the only negative trend I saw was around Customer Service. I am glad I chose AligherCo, despite these reviews, because the customer service issue that you might read about is completely false (or they have taken great care in correcting the issue. MY CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE WAS OUTSTANDING! I received prompt responses to email, often times within 30 minutes. Contacting my agent by phone was instant with no hold time and they were incredibly helpful with the entire process from purchase to delivery of the aligners. I highly recommend you have yourself over $1,000 and use this company. You will not be disappointed.

I’m just beginning my aligner steps with AlignerCo, but so far it’s been great! They are super good with communication. I did so much research before choosing the company to do aligners with, I ended up choosing AlignerCo because it is the least expensive on the market and the reviews were all great! They definitely do not disappoint. The whole process from signing up to getting the teeth molding kit, sending it back, and receiving my aligners was about 2 months. But they send so many updates that you really feel involved in the process. My specialist, Ele is super responsive and helpful. I’ve been doing my treatment for a week now and can already start to see a difference and find myself smiling more already! I’m so excited to finish my treatment!
