Honest and straightforward pricing paired with excellent customer service! My smile specialist Ele surprises me sometimes with how fast, early, or late she will respond to my emails. She kept me totally updated from the start and has been completely patient with my case. Now that I have my aligners, I feel completely comfortable shooting her a message if I have any questions. Can’t wait to see the final result in 7 months! (Signed up for this after my Hawley retainers from my traditional braces finally failed me completely; 9 years of struggling to maintain my teeth BECAUSE THEY GAVE ME SORES)

I’ve just started and am in my 2nd set of Aligners. So far, the customer service has been outstanding. They have been attentive and quick to answer any and all questions. 5 stars all the way. I feel like the aligners are well on their way to working because of how tight they are when I first put in a set and once the time is up, they are loose. I guess that means they are doing their job. I’ll post before and after pics once completed. But so far, I couldn’t have picked a better company!

This company is impressive, and a lifesaver for those who are looking to improve their Oral care for under 1400$. I searched and re-searched on line through every current company that offers invisible liners. I wasn't looking for anything complicated. I was not interested in showing up to an office, long e-mails, tons of pics or hidden costs. I really wanted to do this whole process as simple as possible, as affordable as possible, and as smart as possible. I have gotten every one of these needs met. Not only met, but AlignerCo has really exceeded every expectation. This is one of the best decisions I've made for myself, and I really want to encourage others out their to follow through with AlignerCo. You really will be taken care of. Little inside info- The actual aligners you will receive are ultra high quality. The material is extremely durable, clear and cut beautifully. I was wondering if I would receive large aligners that were cut blunt and ride up into the gums. No. They are so small, so invisible, comfortable, perfect processing. Nice. Another inside info. No hidden costs. I wondered if tax would be added, or a service charge for my payments as I am on a plan. No. What I agreed to on day 1 is exactly what I am paying. No hidden games here. These people are so nice. When I send them a message, I get Ele's response within 15 min. The customer service here is unbelievably smart. AlignerCo is getting it right. The companies that are offering this service for 3500$ will slowly be cut out of this market because that price is high and very close to the standard cost of metal braces. AlignerCo is smart here. I was very afraid to buy aligners from AlignerCo because I thought its too good to be true. I was trying to find disadvantages and the only "bad" thing I found is time delays. I didn't care about time since they are the cheapest. After 2 and a half months since ordering, I finally got alingers (live in EU). I'm in my 1rst month of treatment. All good so far. The most important thing is to make good tray impressions so they make your aligners perfect. All in all, its a value for money product, with high-quality service (not fast responses)

The service is awesome you are always in contact with someone and you get quick answers. It was super easy and know I am in the second week with the aligners and it feels so good! I can’t say if it Really works yet but I feel some change already

They were very responsive to my emails and very helpful. The only thing I would change would have to be more putty available for us first timers, so there would be any more time wasted on waiting for more materia in case the molds weren't workable. Other than that; they're with you every step. It does take time to get your previews and aligned but patience is the key. Great company and I'm excited to get started on the road to a better smile.
