I’ve only just started my treatment t but so far it’s been great. Any questions I’ve had were answered super quickly and all the directions were super easy to understand. Very happy with it.

Highly recommend Alignerco. I was very sceptical with the idea of going for "home aligners" but saw so many comments regarding their customer service that I decided to give it a try and make all the questions I had, and they were extremely helpful and very quick responding to all my queries. Did the impressions, and now I just got my aligners and started the treatment! All was done on the timing that they advised with no delays and the aligners are comfortable. Always sending pictures for alignerco to comment! Just on stage 1 so I'm not sure of how it will be the final result but for now all is great! No discomfort at all wearing besides the normal pain of starting to move my teeth (only for the first day with the aligners). I really recommend as the service is very good, the aligners are good and the price is obviously cheap! I'm in Europe and all the process was very quick!

Alignerco was amazing! I was not able to go with them because I was having some teeth issues addressed by my visit to my dentist office but Alignerco was so great at reaching out to me and refunding my money and saying that they will be here when I'm ready. The customer service is outstanding! I would go with them if it weren't for my bite issues. I would definitely recommend going to see your dentist beforehand to double check everything is good to go.

I received my first set of aligners today. They fit well, dont touch or cut my gums at all. They are uncomfortable but not painful. So far the process has been easy enough. I had a lot of trouble making good impressions and had to buy more putty and work with a dentist over web meeting but once I did that it went better. Overall satisfied so far.

The entire process with AlignerCo was seamless and so easy! After doing lots of research at the beginning of iso, I found that AlignerCo was the highest rated and the cheapest out of all of the companies I could find! I spoke with Ele from beginning to end, and they were so so helpful. Once I purchased I received my mould making kit within a week (shipping from US to Australia). Once I made my moulds I sent photos to Ele who assured me they were good to work with so I shipped them back to the US. Unfortunately due to the lack of international flights leave aus they took nearly 7 weeks to arrive. Lucky everyone at AlignerCo is quick to get the job done! 3 weeks later my aligners had arrived in the mail! Excited doesn’t even cut it! They are perfectly packaged, each fortnight’s aligners in separate plastic, and a set of retainers too!! I have been wearing my aligners for 4 days now. Whilst there was some discomfort and a pretty bad lisp at the beginning, it Has subsided to barely noticeable. I can’t recommend AlignerCo higher! The customer service is some to be proud of! I look forward to the end of my 6 month treatment, and can’t wait to share some photos!

Retainers are comfortable, process was easy, reps were very helpful

The process from start to finish of getting my Aligners did take quite a while, not really any fault of AlignerCo, but that would be my only complaint. I am a week in of Step 1 and I have been very satisfied. I had invisible Aligners from a much more expensive company about 10 years ago and I cannot tell a difference in quality at all. It has taken several days for them to stop hurting, but I know that’s part of the process. So far, I have been pleased. The customer service is great and you can not beat the price.
