So far so good, the whole Aligner process has been easy to follow and any questions I had were answered quickly. I am only wearing the 1st set of aligners and there are many more to go, but they fit well and I am looking forward to seeing the final results.

The process was a little slower than expected but they explain every part to you along the way. You’re never left in the dark about your transformation. Any questions you have are answered through a live chat, or if you choose to email them, you receive a response within 2 days if not the same day. Right now I’m on step 1 and the retainers are a lot nicer than I expected. The pictures online show this retainer that looks like it was created by a 3D printer. The ones I received are super clear, smooth looking, seamless, and perfectly fit around my teeth (not gums). I personally chose the payment plan and it’s been great so far. I’ve definitely referred a couple of friends to join the movement to a better “you”. It’s dramatically changed my life just with just the thought of having straight teeth. The projection images (not video) were exciting to see. Can’t wait for the finished results!!
