I have been quite impressed with Alignerco, so far!! The impression kit was delivered with clear, easy to follow instructions. The treatment plan was clear and expectations were clearly explained. The first set of aligners have been delivered and are made of quality materials and we're already seeing improvement in my daughter's teeth!!! This is a great company! Very responsive and understanding. When I messed up my first impressions, they quickly sent me out another impression kit and within a short few weeks I had my aligners in the mail. Not only that but they continue to correspond with me through out the treatment. I’m blown away! Very much worth it.

My experience with Alignerco has been wonderful so far!! Communication throughout the entire process of doing my molds and sending them in was very thorough, and it made the process super easy! My invisible aligners arrived quickly, and the instructions were clear and easy to understand! The aligners themselves are great quality, and you can hardly tell I have them in! I can't wait to see the end results!

Just hit my 2nd week of wearing the night only retainers. So far everything has been excellent. My rep “Ele” is super responsive and answers my questions quickly and has been very helpful and personable. (Many things that make a great customer service rep!) I can’t speak for how well they are working because it’s too early for that. But they are comfortable and easy to wear. The lead time from signing up to getting your Aligners is not real fast but I would rather have a good product and I know that takes time. So if you are planning to try these don’t be impatient. It is worth waiting for good quality.

Dear Sharon Thank you for the positive feedback. And yes, Ele and her team work relentlessly to respond to emails/queries/chats 24/7 to serve you better. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your kind words. All the very best for your treatment. Team ALIGNERCO

So far a very good product. They were difficult to get off initially but once you get used to that it’s much better. Glad I bought this system!
