Just started the process, so far the experience has been wonderful!! Great customer service and prices!!

I was suspicious at first because they offered the cheapest price so I chose to pay in three installments. They sent me an impression kit and didn't like the first pictures I made. Looking at other reviews this seems to be common so maybe this step can be improved? But we scheduled a video session and they showed me how to do it (although I was already doin it exactly the same way). And this time it worked, I wasn't charged extra cause I still had enough materials from original kit. Throughout the treatment they stayed in touch with mez they explained what results I should expect (my lower teeth are rotated too much to completely fix it and I am glad they let me know right away what it was gonna look like). Overall, I am very satisfied with the service, the result, and the price. Plus I got the teeth whitening led kit! I love looking a t my smile today!

I just placed my order for aligners. Customer service was quick to respond and extremely helpful with answering all questions regarding to the process. I will be updating as my treatment continues!

After purchasing 3 impression kits and also doing an online video with a very helpful woman i was still unable to get a clean impression. I was extremely frustrated and called to see what could be done. James worked on my behalf and came up with several solutions all of which did not work. In the end James advocated on my behalf and I was extremely happy and grsteful with the outcome of my situation. My only concern with the company in general is that i wish they had a network of dentistd who would make impressions if you are unable to do it yoursrlf at home. All in all they were very redponsive to my calls, texts and emails.
