Great price, communication is a bit slow, but turnaround times were communicated clearly and they have always been responsive within the time frame they stated. I’m still in the middle of treatment but so far so good!

I had extra money saved up in an HSA that I used to buy Alignerco in the Fall of 2021. I found the process of making the putty molds of my teeth and sending them in the prepaid envelope very easy. By about Halloween I had all my trays and started treatment. The trays did hurt a little at first and I could not wear them for the full 22 hours initially, but worked my way up to it over several days. Subsequent new trays were a little uncomfortable but not so bad. Every ten days I sent photos and received feedback, but there were never any issues or adjustments needed. No time consuming trips to the dentist or orthodontist either. Best of all, by April I was starting to get compliments on my new, straighter smile! Will definitely use this service for my kids when they get a little older, it was so much less restrictive, time-consuming, and painful then getting traditional braces.

I've been very happy with my aligners (nearly completed the sets) and was sharing my experience with my dad. After talking to his dentist, he learned that if he could straighten his teeth and get better reach brushing. Through customer support we were able to get him set up and they'll even help him make sure he gets the impression correct.
