So far, so good. I did a zoom call and got the assistance I needed to make an acceptable aligner. They are sending more of the compound, as I screwed up the first set. My fault not theirs, and they want two sets of top and bottom to make sure of the fit. Very professional, very patient. Very glad I chose this company.
