Haven’t received any of my items but I was asked to give a five star review on customer service due to receiving a discount for night time liners at the price of day time liners and having teeth whitening kit removed. I usually do not give reviews until I’m fully satisfied but for some reason I am being told I need to do this in order to receive my daughters impression kit. Yes this is very awkward so please take this review as only a forced review for the 200$ dollar discount that quite frankly should have been disclosed from the beginning. When I made original purchase it stated either day time or night time slingers with no specification as to which I was purchasing. I assumed that when I received impression kit it would have some sort of form indicating a choice to be made. Instadas 20!days later I have received an email saying I need to pay 200$ more for night time aligners. I tried canceling order and gentlemen was willing to give me a discount if I left a 5 star review then send him a screen shot so he could send me my daughters impression kit. Yes this sounds a little like blackmail but I’m doing as I’m told. I am still strongly considering canceling purchase as I should not be asked to give a review for a service that I am yet to receive and have no way of knowing that they will hold their end of the bargain.

I am finished with my aligners and they did just what I wanted! I had a small gap in my front teeth that was my main concern, and it is now gone. Love my new smile!
