Just Starting the Process Customer Service with Impressions
Just starting the process and had some issues capturing my top impressions on my own. They were great and set me up with a zoom meeting to help walk me through it. I was paired with J. Smith who was very helpful and thorough. Didn’t make me feel rush at all and made it a lot more comfortable than I thought it was going to be considering what your doing and how awkward it could have been. He was really kind and even talked to my 9 month old over zoom while I was doing the impressions. Great experience so far and I’m excited about it going forward. I’ll update this once the treatment is done too. Thanks J. Smith
