It is now July 31, bought on February 16th.

It is now July 31, and my original purchase was mid February. So the short version, after multiple issues with the app that you must use to accept their agreements, they finally sent smile projections in May. There was no apparent changes visible in my daughter's upper teeth. Buyer beware, because although there is a money back guarantee, the window is so short it is impossible to ask for a refund and know what the smile projection will look like. In our case, the projections had come back in May, due to multiple issues of not having good impressions (we can own up to one faulty impression). But it took 2 "experts" and 2 extra sets of clay to get acceptable impressions. They charged us 30 dollars for an extra set of clay and sent one free but I suspect most of the impressions were similar anyway. But alas, after refusing to accept a projection 3 months later with no visible changes in the upper teeth, they said we were beyond the refund period. No aligners were ever made because we would not accept the projections. As a gesture of good faith they would refund 85 percent of the total cost. Weeks later and still not even a partial refund, I left a negative review. Immediately their representative called me back and said because they could fix her bottom teeth and not the top, we were not eligible for a full refund. But as another gesture of "good faith", and if I would remove the negative review, they would refund me the full amount. Well it is now almost 2 months later, we received a partial refund and they have been radio silent ever since. So I will leave this review and hopefully someone will benefit from it. It might work for some people with minor issues, my daughter is going to use Invisalign and the orthodontist said her upper teeth would not be a problem. At the very least if you use them, do NOT pay in full no matter what discounts they might offer you. Once they have your money the customer service is horrible to deal with. The support team is supposed to be based in Long Island but all of the customer service is foreign outsourced with generic names like "Smith"
