A honest detailed review
I am writing this review because I would've wanted to know this b4 I started. So it's true what everyone says about the customer service. They're very nice and I used the chat thing a lot. But the whole process took me 3 months to finally get my aligners. First they sent the impression kit. Sent it back...wasnt good so they sent another and someone did a video call to help me. Sending it back and forth takes a while and there's a 2-3 week break to see if the impression was good and another 3 weeks to make my plan and send the aligners. Basically alignerco is probably the best online option especially with the price and if u don't wanna wait so long dont do it online. The actual aligners fit nicely and it did hurt for 2 days and I had a lisp for a week but itll probably b like that anywhere. Overall it was a good process and I'll have straight teeth in a year! (I already finished 1 month)

Hello Shani, we always try to make the process as convenient as possible. Assessing impressions from pictures is just an estimation and we can only confirm once we have received them back. We do not want treatment to be compromised so we mailed you impression material and trays again for free, finally good teeth impressions were made so the aligners were fabricated. Hope you are enjoying the aligners therapy and we are excited to see end results:)
