I can’t truly give them a rating because I started the process back in May and it is now the middle of August and even though I paid in full, I’m still waiting on my aligners. This is absolutely the slowest company I’ve ever dealt with. The price was decent- assuming they actually send out quality aligners, but the absolutely abysmal service and speed is ridiculous. If you have a year to wait and are broke and have no other choice- choose this company, otherwise- go with someone else. Also- even though I paid, in full, months ago- they continue to send countless emails and I get calls regarding plans and “upgrades”- so clearly, their software and tech is not working for them either. I just hope and pray the aligners work properly and I have a good experience - if they ever ship them out.

I purchased aligners from Alignerco in 2021. Upon doing the impressions, I was sent an aligner kit. Everything was fine until I reached about the midpoint where the aligners had been manufactured incorrectly and would not fit my upper teeth. One tooth in particular was the problem and I made Alignerco aware of this. They requested pictures which I provided. Alignerco acknowledged the mistake, did new impressions, and sent me a new set of aligners. This whole process went from 2021-early 2024. The treatment plan should not take this long; however, due to Alignerco manufacturing issues, this has dragged on for a long time In July 2024 I reached to to Alignerco again to inform them that they have yet again sent me a set of aligners that do not fit my upper teeth with the same tooth being the issue. They requested multiple sets of pictures, and a video which I provided. They confirmed the Aligners were not correct and then they then told me that I would need to send them an additional $500 to get another set of aligners made. I told them this was outrageous as I had already paid for the product and service which I have yet to receive. No where when I initially purchased this product did it say that I would later need to pay to fix Alignerco's manufacturing mistakes.

Terrible experience. I paid in advance, which was my mistake, and then they sent us multiple impression kits and kept saying they weren’t good enough. They would only send a few sets at a time so every time it didn’t work we would have to wait for a new kit to ship. Then they fought me over giving my money back so I had to go direct to my credit card company.

Horrible. Shipping errors three times before getting an incomplete package. Slow response time. Slow shipping times. Still waiting on the product!

Proposed alignment looks worse than current situation

I contacted them to ask a question. In the process, they requested my contact info to send me the info I requested. The guy on the other end pressured me into ordering right away in order to benefit from the sale that was going to end "very soon". Ever since the initial contact I've been receiving texts several times a week to let me know about some sale and that I should act NOW. So it seems like the sale never really ends. It's just a way to get you to order fast. I was really pissed when one of them called me to ask when I would finally place my order. He had a very strong Indian accent, which makes me wonder if this is some company overseas that nobody really has control over. I do not like to be pressured and I don't like my phone being spammed without my consent. I will not go with this company just because this behavior is very unprofessional in my opinion.

After I ordered all the small tiny letters took effect. Paid 50$ for shipping and then they wanted me to be responsible for shipping and customer service disappeared.
