A fairly quick process, aligners look nice and well made.

Product delivered. Using, teeth moving. But, no real feedback on biweekly photos. Concerned about who reviews any questions, concerns about my personal situation. Overall prompt, timely, reasonably priced.

So far so good - onto my 3rd week - 2nd aligner of my process. So far the transition was good! Aligners feel snug and no issues with putting on or taking off.

The overall experience with AlignerCo has been good. If you are like me, you are scouring the internet looking for more feedback on this brand that doesn't seem to have a lot of reviews and whatnot on the internet right now! The price made me take a chance on it anyways. I am currently wearing my first set of aligners (my treatment plan is forecast to be 9 months long). Communication with the company and the materials they ship in the mail are sometimes inconsistent. I think they still have some kinks to work out in terms of their informational pamphlets/ email communication. That said, after some emails/patience, everything has been legitimate and seems to have been done well. The process from start to getting my aligners has been pretty lengthy (I think I started this all back in mid-April), but again, for the price you can't really beat it... That said, if you are on a time constraint to try and get your treatment done, start sooner rather than later. When you get the molds to take your impressions, don't follow the instructions in the booklet that comes with it. Even if you do, your impressions probably won't be good enough and you will have to set up a video talk with a dentist and do them better. Take one set of impressions and send photos into their rep and see if they are okay before using all of your material or you will have to wait to receive more puddy and set up an appointment (which was two weeks out, also making the process slower). The dentist was very nice, though. She was great! Again, if the instructions in the booklet and the emails with the rep were consistent with one another though, the appointment would have never been necessary. So long story short... my only complaints are inconsistent literature/communication, and a lengthy process. But with the price you are getting these at, I feel like the trade off is worth it, and as the company is in business longer, I feel like these are kinks they may work out soon. The treatment plan I was eventually sent was very nice, and required my approval before they fabricated my aligners. My first set of aligners fit comfortably, do not cut into my gums, and came with clear instructions (I received all of my aligners for the entire treatment in one package, numbered by the order I will wear them in). The instructions are to wear each set for two weeks and send in progress photos before switching to the next set of aligners each time so the dentist can track progress. I wrote this lengthy review because I would have appreciated it when I was researching the company. They are real, it isn't a scam, be patient and you will be able to receive treatment (assuming you're a candidate) through them!

I had an issue with a representative through email, not answering my questions in a polite way. My order included a 3 month promotion of retainers and the company only mailed me one with the box, and then sent me one extra set after I let them know I ordered during a valentine promotion that was supposed to include 3 months worth. The first set of aligners didn't fit very firmly after 7 days. However, after that I've had no issues, and I'm sure that if people are only looking for a discount on quality aligners, this company is the best fit. As for time efficiency, it's really time consuming.. so if you're looking to get things done without hiccups during your career, this company might frustrate you.

Good price, good product. Only downfall was the very slow production/shipping rate. Also wasn't shipped to my house, I had to go and pick it up from a FedEx facility myself.

Until you get your aligners it takes a while. From ordering them to having the 1st set of aligners it took about 6 weeks. The customer service is great, quick response and always very helpful. The aligners fit very well, hope they are bringing the desired result! It's probably the best deal you can get out there if you are a little patient...can highly recommend them!
