Many months after ordering…still haven’t received product

This company does not deserve 1 star - they deserve 0 stars. They should not be in business as it functions like a scam. Incredibly disorganized and does not respond or resolve customer concerns, but rather proceeds like the customer isn't part of the transaction. To start, I received 3 shipping notices that the impression kit shipped but the tracking number never showed anything actually shipped. Within two weeks of this, I knew I made a mistake and started requesting cancellation and refund, to which I received two more shipping notices. The email requests for cancellation and refund went unanswered until I emailed that I would contact the Better Business Bureau. Then I received response that my order would be filled -- not cancelled like I requested -- and I received an impression kit at that time. This was one month after I placed my order. It seems that the company tactic is to gaslight and ignore issues and just keep repeating bogus promises of jargon. Stay away from this company. I am not sure how they are still in practice.

SAVE YOUR MONEY. This company is absolute TRASH. You pay over 1k for about 5 cents worth of customer service and waiting times. And all you’ll get is an automated reply with their fake apology that everyone else gets time and time again. Impression kits take forever to arrive, the first 5 pairs of aligners take forever to arrive (yes, they only ship 5 sets at a time so be prepared to be stuck on step 5 for weeks), and even the automated robot in emails takes forever to reply. Useless. And from the photos and reviews, most people don’t even get their desired smile because it doesn’t match the projection plan. Can’t wait to wait some more and be sucked dry. PASS.

I haven’t received my package

This is the worst establishment I should’ve went with byte the worst customer service they are a scam. The worst customer service is horrible the same agent keep saying he’s a supervisor When I request one worst company wish I could give them a 0 save your time and money

One wait after another. Ordered June 6th it’s now September 16th and still no aligners.

Ne mérite même pas une étoile. J’ai passé une commande à 875euros déjà pour commencer j’ai du attendre plusieurs mois pour faire seulement mon enpreinte dentaire alors que sur le site on vous dit que c’est rapide et livrer sous 2 semaine ensuite j’ai du payer les frai s’envoie alors qu’une fois encore c’était censée être gratuit. Le vendeur me dit que je serai remboursé mais ça n’a jamais été le cas . Je reçoit finalement mon empreinte 3D, pour voir l’évolution de l’alignement. Cependant l’évolution est très minime, voire inexistante. De plus je passe d’un traitement qui était censé être de six mois à seulement 15 semaines. Je leur dis que c’était pas normal, ils m’ont dit que c’était que cela qui pouvait me proposer, je leur dis que je ne suis pas satisfait que je demande remboursement, et là on me Force à plusieurs reprises, à accepter la commande Après plusieurs tentatives, on me dit que si je demande un remboursement, il me Garderait, 150 € comme ça sans raison et que si PayPal lors de livraison, il garderait tout, c’est juste n’importe quoi je déconseille vivement très grosse arnaque.

This is the WORST company! Believe the negative reviews. Do NOT buy you are wasting your money. I’m an existing consumer. They made my Aligners with a bad impression that they approved and they do not fit right. I’ve been waiting 6months and only have the first Aligners that, according to them, does not fit even though they approved them. They have no accurate records of your treatment process. It is scary a company like this is allowed to exist! I’m trying to PROTECT others by voicing my experience. It’s actually sad and unethical what they are doing. Not to mention it’s your health at stake. If they adjust your teeth incorrectly it could lead to long term issues. DO NOT TRUST them!
