I have worked with AlignerCo and am currently waiting for my beginning set of aligners. So far, I am really enjoying the process. Communication through email is great! My questions always get answered thoroughly within 24 hours. The impressions were pretty simple as along as you follow instructions and do your research. I am very happy with my smile projection and I am so excited for my new smile! This is a long process as I ordered the aligners in January, but it has been very smooth. I have received the first "fitting set" and they fit perfectly. It is uncomfortable at first, but after a day or two it feels normal. I am just waiting for my first real set to begin my process. I highly recommend alignerco and the price is awesome!

Customer Service is ALWAYS helpful and KIND with any questions you have. Could use some improvement on keeping true to their time frames they give you, but most of the time they do pretty well in this area. So far a great experience. Have been wearing my aligners for a week now, and they are VERY nice; nearly invisible, quality material, fit perfectly. I’ll post an update later on, but so far, GREAT Job Alignerco! I was skeptical in the beginning because the price seemed too good to be true, but they truly turned my doubt around and now I’m glad I took the leap of faith! I definitely recommend this company.

Ordered my aligners in black friday and got them January 22nd, almost 2 months later. The process is a bit long with having to send the impression kit and going back and fourth with support through emails to make sure one impression is workable before moving on to the next impression and getting another approval for those impressions. The whole process of getting approval on my impressions took about 4 or 5 days because it all goes through email and im not sure that support is in the same time zone or country? I was in no rush so the wait time was fine but just thought the process would have been faster. Then the impressions were sent to the lab for a treatment plan to be made, this took a little while. Once they made the treatment plan it was sent to me and I approved. From there it took 3 to 4 weeks to produce and mail the aligners to me. Now that I have them I'm happy so far (day 2) and everything fits well.

I am very pleased with my new smile. The Customer service was also very good.

Really Simple and afforable. They show you everything. Easy to use. The only thing is communication is a little slow and brief. Glad I got them.
