Loving the Costumer Service. All questions answered! Best price out there!
I wasn't so sure about reaching out on chat because the other two companies that were also in the Top 3 best companies for Aligners were Chatbots, but I am so glad I did. ALL the questions I asked were answered and explained to me, which helped me with my decision to proceed with AlignerCo. Truthfully, I was going to go with another company because the website didn't have the answers to my questions. Knowing that I can get a refund if things don't work out was great and the overall customer service was on top of everything! I'm excited to get started!
