I was not refunded my payment of…
I was not refunded my payment of $1,078.95, paid Aug 26, 2024. The problem is that this system states it will not work with my dental problem. I wrote to you and you said you'd 'get back to me' about the refund. It never happened.

ALIGNERCO IS A COMPLETE SCAM AND HAVE…
ALIGNERCO IS A COMPLETE SCAM AND HAVE RUINED MY MOUTH!!! I CAN NOT CLOSE MY MOUTH ALL THE WAY, CHEW MY FOOD NORMALLY, MY TEETH ARE STILL CROOKED AND LOOK NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTO AND MY BITE IS COMPLETELY OFF!!! I CAN NOT EVEN CLOSE MY MOUTH WITHOUT BEINGN IN PAIN !!!! DO NOT DO NOT trust these people !!!! They have completely ruined my teeth!! They send you a projection with what your teeth will look like and after finishing all of the steps, although my teeth fit perfectly into the forms, my teeth look NOTHING like the projection!! They scam you into thinking your teeth will look like the projection but after reporting to them that the results are not as shown they try and force you into buying a revision series. Don’t not ruin your mouth for the sake of spending less money. I can not live comfortably now and am in pain all the time. PLEASE TRUST ME AND DO NOT USE THESE ALIGNERS !!!!!!

Results are not as promised
Results are not as promised, and they kick the can to avoid liability. After a year, my teeth did not look like the projections they sent, and I am in my last aligner and retainer. I waited a couple of months wearing them, hoping I would get there. I didn't. I've been back and forth with customer service, and all they offer is to start the treatment again. Do not trust them

I received the wrong patients aligners
I received the wrong patients aligners! I tried them on and they wouldn't fit at all. I contact customer service and told them this. They asked for pictures of the fit. I explained that pictures were impossible because the aligners didn't even fit in my mouth. As I was excited to receive them, I didn't even notice that the patient name and case number on the packaging was incorrect. I had been trying to fit someone else's aligners in my mouth for days. I informed them of this, and they asked for a picture of the patient's name. I sent it and still have received no response back. I'm paying for treatment and not receiving it. Customer service is horrible and very frustrated with this company.

If you are planning on getting aligners…
If you are planning on getting aligners from this company DONT. I paid close to $1500 for this product only for them to fix some of my teeth and not the other. When i mentioned it to them they said why didn’t I mention it when they making the original aligners. Who da hell would want half their teeth gap closed and not the other. So now am walking around with some my teeth half closed and not the other. They don’t care about your smile they just care about collecting your money. And I know they did this on purpose so that I can pay all over again to fix what they should’ve already fixed the first time. It’s all a scan just to take your money not to fix your teeth. DON’T DO IT. I repeat DO NOT DO IT. They will only mess you up even worse. If there’s a score i can give below one i would.

My app is not working
My app is not working. I reached out to customer service twice to get it fixed. It’s been over two weeks and the issue is still not fixed. After writing this review, they did fix my issue the next evening.
