Overall I had a positive experience. The before and after of my smile was what I was expecting and I'm happy with the results. The only negative would be what many others have said - communication. It can take a few days to get a response and most of the time it feels like you're just communicating with an AI bot. Otherwise, I would recommend them as a budget-friendly option.

Okay so like I was a little wary of giving it 5 stars because I haven't had any actual treatment yet, but, I got my impression kit and when the trays didn't fit because they were too big and I have a small mouth, Ele offered to give me extra putty for an additional $10 as well as additional trays for free, and she said when I get them I could let them know so they can set up a video session on how to make the best impressions, leaving me to think that this company really does want to see the best impressions and they actually care about it. With that said I can't wait to start actual aligner treatment with this company and am hoping that it'll work out for the best, and so far I am very impressed with the customer service!!!

Manger Andrew was great and overall experience was good, but there was a minor issue throughout the process. Andrew fixed it, so all good.

Great communicators! There's no dumb ❓ and that's the way they make you feel. I can ask them anything and their responses are quick. So far, they have answered every question of mine. So far, I am not disappointed. Even, they're willing to give you your money back if the plan doesn't work out, at least, that's what the website says, and I hope they hold to their word. At this point, since I am a new customer I'll give them a 4 out of 5 stars! 🤩

I am not completely finished the treatment, so I will review again when I am, but so far and I am satisfied with my experience with Alignerco. The process of having the aligners made seemed intimidating, but the consultant walked me through it via Zoom and it was simple. The price is great ... remains to be seen if my teeth will actually be straight ... 40 days to go :)

Currently in the process of my step 4. My teeth are sore which is a good indication that these are working which I’m very excited about. From the very beginning signing up- to when I got my first set of aligners was a long time. They aren’t the fastest to get back to you and there was an issue shipping my aligners out and they weren’t very helpful trying to resolve it. From when my aligners were fabricated to when I got them, it was probably 3-4 weeks which is slightly ridiculous. Other than that, cannot beat this especially for the price. I would recommend alignerco to others just be prepared to wait.

It's easy and easy to adjust to. Not painful . The aligners are great quality and do the job very well.
