A very shitty experience overall. First, they take your payment. Which is roughly $700. Then, they make you wait at least a month or longer to get started with your impressions. After that, when you get your impressions you have to take multiple impressions with their shitty ass putty (that isn't even that great) and REDO the teeth mold OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER again until you FINALLY get it right. It took me over 4 months and multiple video sessions just to get the trays right!!!!!!! They kept telling me that the trays weren't good enough!!! F ck these people, they're incompetent and they don't know how to do their jobs right. I still don't know how the trays are going to be BECAUSE I'M STILL WAITING.
