Great Experience
Alan Shaw was a huge help in me figuring out how to do the impressions, as well as explaining the difference between day/night aligners. The customer service was unmatched. The process has been super smooth so far and I'm excited. Thanks Alan!

Highly recommend!
I had the absolute pleasure of talking with Alan Shaw during my video consultation! I tried to do the impressions myself the first time and utterly failed. I set up a video call with him so he can walk me through the process and I'm only mad I didn't do it sooner! The video was through Google, so no zoom confusion or links I have to copy and paste. It was fast and effortless. He walked me through the process and made it so easy! Even through my child's noises and interruption, he was so patient and sweet. It seemed so difficult and unclear when I did it on my own, but when Alan was guiding me through it was over so quickly and the impressions came out perfect! I highly recommend not just this process but Alan specifically. Thank you Aligner Co, and most importantly thank you Alan Shaw! ❤️
