The free video impression taking video session with the expert, named Ray, was wonderful/helpful. He was kind and guided me really well. The communication with the actual company to track the package has room for improvement.

Great service, sent me new material for free since I failed all the impressions! However the impression process is harder than I thought!

Sometimes communication would take a few days, but ultimately the retainers came out great.

I appreciate being able to order online, do consult for impression via video, and have everything mailed to me. However, I was under the impression that my purchase would include retainers for life. On my consult video I was informed they become loose and you’ll need more. $500+ for 8 and $295 for 4. So it ended up being a few hundred dollars more expensive than anticipated and I could’ve paid less through my orthodontist’s quote.

Changing my review to 4 stars: the company representative reached out to me and put a rush on my order places early April. I finally got my 1st aligners on June 13th. Looks well made and fit is good.

Brian Johnson is a very helpful customer service/aligner impression instructor. Kind and patient. However, I agree with others who have said the company is very slow to process aligners and they also approved my first and 2nd sets of impressions then later sent me the trial aligners again only to say I had to redo the impressions and 9 months later I’m still only on level 2, but waiting for another set to be delivered to continue the process. Very frustrating

Very early in the process and have not received the aligners yet but was impressed with the impression kit. Having a video call was extremely helpful in making the mold impressions and they would not have been done correctly if I was doing them on my own. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is when I ordered the kit they stated it was delivered and when I called to say it wasn’t I was accused of not seeing it and they wanted to charge me for a second kit until I found proof from the delivery carrier that it was delivered to a house in a different state. When I called the second time they were nicer and resent the kit for free. Fingers crossed the rest of the experience goes more like the video call.
