It took me four long months since June to start my treatment after I paid the full amount back in February. The delivery of my aligners is painfully slow, with each shipment to Canada taking 3-4 weeks, feeling like they’re coming from Asia. They seem to prioritize sales over prompt delivery for paying customers. My experience has been exhausting and frustrating because I had to call them multiple times to chase for my items.

The entire program relies on the app and chat feature but the app is completely unreliable and the delay in response to chats makes it virtually useless.

I purchcased the aligner set back in February and STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED THEM! How have I paid close to $1000 and still not have the treatment plan? The time between appointments are RIDICULOUS!! Had I known that this would've been the time that it takes to get my aligners, I would've went to a different company. The only reason why I am giving it an extra star is because I hope that after I finally receive the treatment plan, it works. But, who knows. I will update this as I go. I truly wasn't expecting it to take nearly 3 months JUST TO DO THE IMPRESSIONS and probably an additional month before I even begin treatment. If you go with this company, expect a very long wait process before you begin.

I'm hoping this experience improves. I mis-typed my email address and setting up the account but noticed it immediately at the confirmation screen. I was in a chat with a rep at the time and informed "Elle" who said it would be fixed. Three weeks later I haven't received any emails, although I did receive the product. I started up a chat and was told that the email hadn't been changed but it would be fixed within 24 hours. 24 hours later it was still wrong so I started another chat. This "Elle" wouldn't commit to a time-frame on when a simple thing like changing an email address would be completed but assured me that it was being worked on. Forgive me for not holding my breath.

It has been the slowest process I’ve ever experienced. Communication is difficult and clunky, and delayed. I was told I would receive tooth whitening system with my original purchase, but have been told I did not receive them. I started this process Feb 5th it is May 6th three months later, and I still do not have my aligners. It has not been anything I was hoping but I’m still committed to the process and am hopeful that it will help if I ever get my program started.

Getting my impression kit took longer than promised. I had to keep writing to ask for it to be sent. The trays hurt my mouth and I couldn’t get an appt for the video call for more than a month out. I wrote the “24/7” help and it took 5 days to get back to me. I was told to do the impressions regardless and send photos in. The email I received back said 24-48 hours for a response. It’s more than 48 hours with no reply and chat hasn’t written me back. Lots of money to spend and it’s been almost a month since I paid for the service I’m still trying to work on getting and they say minimum of 3 weeks after good impressions to start the process. Easier to spend more money and go to a dentist than try this company

They take forever to respond. They send 4 trays at once and you have to send picture updates, which they take forever to respond to and therefore the next set of trays is delayed. Additionally, the original process was so messed up. They lied to me several times Over email and on the phone (they are being made vs being shipped). It took 3x as long to receive the first set. They tell you to use this app, yet they don’t check the messages on there and the pictures you upload are meaningless because they then make you send via email. I can’t stress how frustrating this process has been.

Disappointing. Aligners fit at first but about 2/3rds of the way through the process and the upper aligners no longer fit at all, can’t use. Ugh.
