I am convinced the good reviews are fake! I spent from March to Aug going back and forth with them and never got my braces. They kept saying they were going to send the mold kit but didn't for a month. I had to stay on top of them to get that. Then I get it and send it back within 48 hours. No response for weeks. I had to stay on top of them again. They said that my impressions were approved and they would upload photos. They didnt. No contact from them for weeks. Once again, I had to get on them like hey what's going on. Then they say oh they wer not approved and now I need to pay more money to someone else to get xrays or they could resend the kit and charge me again. Either way, costing me more money. I said send me the info for where to get xrays. It took another TWO MONTHS of going back and forth to finally get it. When I get the dental office info, they didnt take my insurance AND the price was different than what alignerco told me it would be. Here we are, 5 months in, no braces, no refund. I am convinced this is not a real company; It is a scam that sends molds kits but never sends the braces. And now, this far in, they finally say no refunds after 5 days. FIVE DAYS!?!?!?!? That was NOT made known to me prior to purchase, was NOT on the website or Google able info bc I did check everywhere including trustpilot prior to purchase! Five days isnt enough time for anyone to accomplish anything. It took way longer than that just to receive the mold kit! I want a full refund! The customer service is terrible and they never delivered the product I paid for in full in advance! Product never received!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Never send it out and ba you that they’re gonna send it soon and make you leave good reviews when helping install the night guards. Whole company is full of crap. DO NOT ORDER

Twelve weeks after taking my payment, alignerco.ca (Canada) has still not delivered my aligners nor even started to make them. The experience has been defined by missed deadlines, repeated processing delays, conflicting information from customer service, and promises that were never fulfilled. Despite numerous follow-ups through email and the app, I continue to receive the same responses without any meaningful action or resolution. I have gotten weeks and weeks of "we will expedite that for you" or "we will do it as soon as possible". I am incredibly frustrated that after three months, I am no further ahead than when I first paid. Based on my experience, I would not recommend alignerco.ca and wish I had chosen a different provider.

Its been about 5 years and my teeth are just about the same. If I could a refund i would total waste of money

I would give 0 stars if I could. This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I'm beyond frustrated and exhausted from constantly having to go back and forth with this company. My treatment should already be finished, but instead I'm still stuck wearing aligner #5 because they never sent the rest of my aligners. I've been wearing the same aligner far longer than you're supposed to, just to prevent my teeth from shifting back while I wait for them to fix their mistake. I was told by email that my remaining aligners would ship during the first week of July. It's now July 14, and they still haven't shipped. They continue to miss their own deadlines and leave me with no real answers. The customer service is awful. Every time I reach out, I get vague responses, empty promises, and no actual resolution. It's incredibly stressful to have your treatment put on hold because a company can't deliver what was promised. If you're considering using this company, save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. Delays are one thing, but the lack of communication, accountability, and concern for their customers is completely unacceptable. I regret choosing this company and would never recommend them to anyone.

WARNING: Alignerco has high ratings ONLY because they manipulate customers by offering free products in exchange for positive reviews. Do not fall for it like I did. This company is highly irresponsible and handles customer cases with severe negligence. I ordered my treatment from Paraguay on June 25, 2026 (Order #AC54143), and chose a specialized "NightOnly" plan. I paid a $395 down payment, a $175 plan upgrade, shipping taxes, and spent an extra $180 USD on international shipping to send my dental impressions to their facilities in the USA. Today, September 22, after more than 10 follow-ups and three months of complete silence and time wasted, customer service finally admitted that THEY LOST MY DENTAL IMPRESSIONS. Their only solution is to send me another kit, completely ignoring that their negligence forces me to pay another $180+ USD in international shipping from Paraguay. They refuse to take financial responsibility for their own mistakes. Total corporate theft. I have already frozen my Partial.ly financing contract, filed a formal dispute with my bank, and reported them to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and the FTC for deceptive commercial practices. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. SCAM WARNING!

The experience from the beginning has been a nightmare. It takes weeks and weeks to get your aligners. When we finally got them, it was only 1 set that i was supposed to wear for 10 days. I ended up wearing them for almost an additional month before i got the next set(40 days!). I finally get sets 2-5 and then same thing happens again. I wait weeks on the next sets. I finally get sets 6-21 and i think things are finally going to get better, but nope. I get to set 11 and i had worn them for 10 days like normal and go to switch to set 12. They are really hard to get on and just do not fit. I email and let them know and then they try to tell me i have to start over again and want to me pay ANOTHER $725 with a $100 discount so $625!!! when im still paying for this first treatment thats not done and the aligners they sent didnt fit! They had lost their minds. After telling them they were crazy and they needed to refund me my money they decided to "offer a complete redo" I had to wait on new impression kits that took a few weeks then i sent that back and its been about 2 months now and still no aligners. This whole treatment time was supposed to be 6-8 months. As of right now it has been right at a year and i am starting back over from aligner set 1 that still hasnt even arrived. With them still drafting out the payment every month. Please do yourself a HUGE favor and do not use this company. They just take your money and do not deliver on what they say. Throughout this whole process i can't tell you how many times i emailed them about how terrible the service was and about all of the issues. I wish i had read an honest review before purchasing. I hope this helps someone not make the same mistake i did! Find a different company.

I did the dental impressions and sent back the kit based on the instructions given. It’s been over a week since the shipment has reached USA yet they have not cleared it. Upon checking with them they say the shipment is LOST and they cannot retrieve it because I didn’t use their prepaid label even though they never sent it to me. My shipment cost has gone down the drain and seems like so has the money I have paid. I am trying to speak to Ele with customer support to refund my money since I don’t wish to continue with this company but no one is bothering to reply. If this is how they work then I don’t recommend this company! Edited: 24 June. Someone from the Customer Adocacy team has been speaking with me 20th June about this issue. He is more focused on me removing this negative review than anything. They have said that they will be returning the impressions to me and I would have to pay to ship it again. While they said they would pay for me to ship it, I sincerely doubt if they would and have no replied to my request to first compensate me so I can use that amount to ship the impressions again. This has been an utter waste of time! I will be writing to Google to NOT suggest this company when someone looks up Invisalign options since this experience has been utmost unpleasant and unprofessional. I have requested for a refund since I don’t want to continue wasting more time and money with this company, I’m pretty sure they will make up an excuse for not being able to refund me! Will add more updates once they revert. But once again, definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! Edited: 30th June. I’m still waiting for the “goodwill compensation” for the shipping I have to pay for again. Every day it’s tomorrow. It’s been over a month since I placed this order and literally nothing has happened! I have requested several times for them to cancel the order and refund my money since this whole ordeal has been a waste of time and energy. They are refusing to do it. Really don’t recommend this company if this is how they operate. I am contacting google again to possibly blacklist them atleast from UAE so no one has to experience what I am. Edited: 9th July. After ALOT of back and forth, I resent the shipment as instructed by the team. Once again, they are unable to clear it and we are back to square one again. This order was placed on 28th May. Almost a month and a half later, the company is struggling to receive a basic impressions shipment. I have been constantly asking them to refund my money since we are getting nowhere however they are just giving me the run around and asking me to reship the package instead of actually attempting to support me. Really waste of energy. It’s best to pay more to a local dentist than deal with a scam one like this! Edited: 11th July. Once again the shipment is stuck, as expected. Possibly because the courier also believes this is a scam! The customer support team is asking me to check with the courier why it is stuck since their own shipping department is not competent enough to do. 1.5 months and we are literally NOWHERE. I’ve been asking for a refund and they keep finding excuses to ignore the request and finding reasons to keep prolonging this ordeal. Please guys. Don’t trust this company. I truly believe they are SCAM and you’ll need to chase them like I am to get your money back. Edited: 15th July. They are only willing to refund me 70% of what I paid and keeping the balance in terms of processing and shipment fee even though the actual product was never shipped! What a scam and waste of time and money. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Edited: 19th July. I received an email from the company saying they will also be deducting the so called “good will compensation” they had issued to me since I had to resend the shipment due to their inability to clear customs. So they offered to pay for me to resend it to them. Now they are claiming that since that amount will also be reduced from the refund they are giving me for the original order. So much for good will. This company has tried everything possible to fleece my money and waste my time. I wish I had known about Trust Pilot and read how this company is also fleecing others like me before signing up. Clearly they are willing to do anything to scam customers. No good will or any of the BS they claim, nothing but a SCAM! Please DO NOT fall for this scam, better to pay more and go to a real dentist than waste your money and time with them! Edited: 20th July. This SCAM company is now claiming that I have not been accommodating with assisting them in ensuring the shipment clears customs. They are blaming me for their incompetence and say no goodwill since I want a refund instead of doing their job. What a cheating company. I hope whoever new thinks of signing up reads this before they decide. Please learn from my suffering!
